Our family had a great stay here! The unit has everything you could possibly need. It is updated and well designed. We would definitely stay here again:)
Terry was very welcoming and easy to get in contact with, provided great instructions for us. Facilities were just what we expected and was nicely upgraded. Plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer was really nice as well. Overall extremely satisfied!
Welcoming host that provided clear instructions through all phases. Amenities were as advertised and location is very close to the resort. The only (minor) complaint I have is that this is advertised as a ski out, but it’s not what I expect from a typical ski in ski out. Yes, you can ski out, but you must walk uphill on an icy road and then hike uphill through a trail. It was quite difficult with ski boots and my group just opted to drive to the resort most days. Skiing back was less of an issue, but we had some close calls with the ice on the way back. Not really a huge issue since the resort parking is really easy and free.
This was our 4th time staying at this condo. it is fully renovated and modern. Beds are comfortable living room comfortable and everything works. Will be back again.
This place is amazing- absolutely what we expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! This lovely unit is located very close to Navajo, Brian Head Ski resorts and stores. The unit is clean, beds are comfortable & the kitchen is stocked. Terry was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions.
The condo was very close to Giant Steps, 2-minute drive. Not a ski-in, ski-out, but from the description and other reviews we knew that when booking. Condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The garage was nice and convenient too. Property manager, Terry, was very responsive and check-in and out was super easy. We would stay here again.
This place was terrific--everything is new and nice. BrianHead is a great place to ski/snowboard and this condo is in a perfect location. Due to construction, the ski in/out was not ideal but it is so close to everything that driving or using the shuttle was not a problem at all--it was better than other ski-in/out places we have rented in Colorado. The host was quite attentive and responsive. Unit is on the second floor so it made it so easy to get to from the garage. We will stay here again the next time we come

Perfect Getaway Spot
Our family needed a quick, weekend getaway to escape the heat and enjoy the mountains. We're a family of 6, so this condo was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the commodities and amenities. The complex is older in outward appearance, but the condo was well modernized with comfortable bedrooms, upgraded bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable dining/living area. I liked that the bedrooms/bathrooms were separated by the living space. Our kids were able to enjoy Netflix and Alexa during the downtime. It was also really nice that the complex had a swimming pool/hot tub along with a workout room. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this option again the next time we visit Brian Head.
The condo was newly renovated and the check-in /check-out process were easy.
We really appreciated the indoor parking during the winter storm.
Some things on the property were not working, however. The fireplace, hot tub, and a chase lounge were broken. The water heater went out for an afternoon, leaving my daughter taking an ice cold shower. Not having these amenities was pretty disappointing.
While most of the condo was tastefully done, we also thought some of the decorations were not every appropriate, especially for children (signs like: Men, no shirt no shoes, no service. Women, no shirt, no shoes, free drink).
Great communication with the host and wonderful condo. My only negative was that I would not consider this a ski in- ski out location. The garage was a wonderful bonus though!

Brian Head Condo Stay
This condo was roomy enough for my husband and our two children ages 7 and 9. It is clean with no gross carpet. The kids got their own room with a TV and enjoyed the smart home features. This condo is no longer a ski in and ski out condo. There is a free shuttle to take your family to the mountain. It can take about 30-45 min from the time you leave the condo to arrive on the mountain depending on how long it takes for the shuttle to arrive and how many stops it has to do. This took a little patience but we were grateful for the service. The kitchen was the best part of the condo as Brian Head lacks restaurants. We brought in almost all of our food and prepared simple breakfasts and dinners, however if someone wants to cook almost everything needed is available in the condo. We ate lunch each day on the slopes. The hot tub is a bit of a long walk to access and difficult to find, very dated and indoor. The long walk with multiple stairs was a definite negative for us. The pros outweigh the cons including a nice parking garage for your car and a short flight of stairs to unload supplies. We kept our ski's in the car as they are not allowed in the condo just a heads up. Beds were comfortable. We had an issue with hot water, call the number supplied and it was an easy fix. Fireplace is a nice feature for warmth and it's easy to use. The condo could use more towels, I would recommend bringing some. There is a washer and dryer which takes coins but its near the spa/pool which is a far and chilly walk across the garage and up multiple staircases.

Lovely Condo with Indoor Parking
We rented this condo in August (obviously no skiing then) for the Vacation Races half marathon. The unit was updated, clean, nicely decorated, and within walking distance to ski lifts (which were used to take runners most of the way up the mountain). When we had last minute questions, we easily contacted the owner who was very responsive. Highly recommend.
