Beautiful wildlife, fiery sunsets, and tranquil surroundings are part of the charm of this townhouse. Surrounded by 1200 miles of shoreline in the heart of Sumter National Forest visitors will enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, and most of all relaxing. Walking trails located in the three nearby state parks affords opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.

Relax, Recharge and Play On is the motto of the owners. Surrounded by the natural beauty of a landscaped wooded lot, the townhouse is located close enough to McCormick for a quick trip to the grocery store yet far enough away for complete quiet and relaxation. Restaurants are located within a few miles of the property and after a day of golfing or boating there is no need to cook. The townhouse is just 30 yards from the shoreline and can be enjoyed from the deck or the swing near the lake. Rooms have beautiful views of the lake. Come stay with us and get recharged.

Annual Summer Family Visit

Our parents live in Savannah Lakes Village so when we have our twice a year family visits we try and get a house near them. The Smalley"s home was perfect for us last Christmas so decided to stay there again in the summer. Beautiful lake view, lovely home. Has all the amenities you will need and so nice to be able to use the garage. Tom and Debbie are wonderful hosts, always available if needed. Definitely recommend, and hope to return again for our Christmas visit!

Wonderful Location

Spent the weekend at this wonderful property. Enjoyed coffee each a.m. on the shores of the lake and enjoyed the sunset each evening. House is fully equipped with everything you need.

Best on the Lake!

Year after year, this is the best place to stay on the lake. The owners are easy to reach and are the best to deal with. The location is gorgeous and peaceful. Boating and fishing are readily available, or you can just look at the beautiful view of the lake from the deck or inside in the air conditioning!

Savannah Lakes

The view looking out over the lake was very nice. The location was very convenient to the different neighborhoods and golf courses. The house is obviously an older home and needs some updating. We were disappointed we could not use the fireplace because the propane had not been filled. The owner Tom was quick to respond and did offer to give us another night because of the inconvenience. There were two sets of check out instructions and some items contradicted each other, which caused confusion.

We have been coming to the lake for over 30 years and have now found our forever rental home! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The location, the home, the access to the lake and all of the amenities in the surrounding area. The home was very clean and had everything you need. You never know for sure what a place will be like but we knew from the moment we opened the door that we were in for a wonderful week. So peaceful to sit out on the back deck overlooking the lake while grilling the perfect steak and watching the hummingbirds at the feeder. This home is definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge. And Mr. Smalley was so nice and easy to deal with. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay! Can't wait for next summer to come with the grandkids! Steve and Gina Wynn
