Most Favorite Family Vacation Spot

This was our second time staying at this cozy cabin! We adore everything about it, and plan on this becoming a once a year tradition! From the gorgeous view, to the awesome covered porch, ALL the amenities, and the dock, it is truly our most treasured vacation spot!! Cutest little cabin

Loved our stay here! Super cute wood cabin. We spent all of our time on the spacious back porch area. Very relaxing and plenty of parking. The dock was the best and perfect for our parking our large pontoon boat. The owner was very responsive via text. Plenty of plates, cups, cookingware and left over spices/coffees from previous guests.

Yearly Family lake trip

The location of this property for us is great. It’s close to Savannah lakes, Elijah Clark and Soap creek. The back porch is probably our favorite part. We actually thought about sleeping there a couple nights. Great Place!!

Repeat guests….great again!

This was the second year our group of 4 senior golfers has stayed here while golfing at local courses and attending The Masters. Our experience was great again. Nice rustic cabin with everything we needed. Hopefully, we can do it again next year. I really wish the owner would replace the upstairs futon with a single bed though! Thanks!

Very enjoyable

Owners of the property are super helpful and accommodating. The porch and dock was amazing! We had our boat but much prefered to hang out on the dock and swim. Only downfall was cameras on the property so we felt like we were being watched all the time.

Wonderful time spent on the lake

This is our 2nd stay at this home and the owners continue to make fabulous upgrades to the property. The new deck was amazing. Clean and comfortable home, close to several boat ramps. New dock is great! Our family has enjoyed both of our stays here and look forward to returning again soon.

Awesome cabin on the lake

Cabin is comfortable and well equipped. Location on the lake is absolutely perfect. The dock is new and great for the boat and all of the water toys as well as swimming. But the highlight is definitely the spacious porch with the really nice furniture. We spent most of the time there when not on the water and the fans made it remarkably cool despite the heat. We definitely hope to return soon.

Masters Trip

Visited for Masters week for a guys trip. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful covered deck/patio overlooking the lake. We cooked on the griddle and grill and enjoyed spending time outside on the deck. Fishing from the dock was great as well and the two golf courses we played were nearby. It was an easy 50 minute drive to Augusta National. We hope to be back soon.

Fabulous cabin on the lake

Our family just returned from a long weekend spent on Clarks Hill. The new owners have done a great job updating the home and furniture . The home is clean and much more spacious than you would think. Kitchen is well stocked and we had no issues cooking several meals during our stay. The owners were quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival and check in with us to ensure we had no issues upon arrival. We look forward to staying here again when in the area.

Great location!

We loved our stay in the little octagonal cabin! Check in was simple, and the directions were easy to follow. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to have our dogs with us! The place was a little dusty with cobwebs, and the deck was pretty slick when it rained. The dock was just right for hanging out in the sun and shade, but there’s no ladder to get in and out of the water. You have to kind of climb out on the shore and walk through the muddy lake bottom. The location was perfect, and we were close to a grocery store and a place to rent kayaks. Thanks for letting us stay!

Why they chose this property

My wife’s family has been vacationing at Clarks Hill for generations. She grew up spending summers here—swimming, skiing, and tubing with her family—and always dreamed of one day owning a lakefront cabin. When the opportunity came along, we knew it was meant to be.

Some of our most cherished memories have been made at this lake, and we look forward to creating many more with our family and friends in this cabin. We hope you’ll enjoy it just as much and make your own lasting memories here!

What makes this property unique

One of the things we love most about this cabin is how much there is for families to do right outside the door. From the deck, you can spot deer, birds, and other wildlife, or head down to the water for a day of swimming, tubing, skiing, or just cruising the lake.

The community offers plenty of room for hiking and biking, and just a few miles away you’ll find a brand-new 50-mile trail system perfect for family adventures on foot, bike, or even kayak. Fishing is fantastic less than half a mile from the cabin, and for those who love to golf, you’ll be close to some of the best family-friendly courses around.

Whether your crew is into water sports, trail exploring, or simply relaxing together in a beautiful natural setting, this cabin is the perfect base for family fun.
