This spacious lake house is the ideal getaway, whether you're here to relax or participate in one of the many fishing tournaments. Enjoy luxurious amenities, including a 2-3 person infrared sauna adjoining the master bath. The back deck features a 5-6 person hot tub, perfect for unwinding, and a freestanding propane heater to keep you cozy on chilly nights. The bar-height table with a fire pit comfortably seats 8, creating a perfect spot for friends to enjoy good conversation under the stars.

Indoors, you can watch a game on the big screen or sip cocktails while playing billiards on the vintage pool table upstairs. The garage is fully equipped with a full-size ping pong table for added fun. Just a short walk down the enchanting path from the back door leads you to the scenic shores of Clarks Hill Lake.

The large floating dock can accommodate your boat.

NOTE, The power is disconnected from the dock due to safety concerns as a result of hurricane Helene uprooting underground wiring.

There's a spacious swim area and plenty of open space for activities like fishing, corn-hole, or just running around. A 3-person golf cart is also included for easy access to the lake and surrounding areas. With ample parking available, this lake house offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay.

HS Fishing Tournament

Cindy and Rick were delightful hosts. The house is well appointed and very comfortabl. The dock was just what we needed. Our only regret is not having enough time to fully enjoy this property. We will definitely rent again.again.enjoyeverything this rental has to offer

Great time

Lots of activities at the home for everyone. Kids really liked the hot tube. Beautiful lake with fun islands and much less boat traffic than most. Fishing was good. The walk to the lake was a little longer than anticipated but the golf cart ride provided added adventure for the kids.

We really enjoyed the place. Host were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful place to stay, only thing missing is a lakeside view, however dock is close by and a golf cart was available. We were fascinated by seeing the deer on the path to the dock.

Family time at Blue House 2

My family and I are in love with the Blue House. The back patio was a great place to gather, watch TV, relax in hot tub and watch the kids play. The best host you could ask for. We will be back!

The perfect Lakehouse!!!

The trip started with Rick meeting us at the property and giving us the lay of the land which was much appreciated. Rick and Cindy take great care of the property and have everything available for guests to use. The golf cart was great to have to haul things back and forth to the dock. The back porch is amazing, and the hot tub set at the perfect summer temperature. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The best Blue experience

This was, by far, our best VRBO rental! The owners didn’t scrimp on anything! From response time to supplying lots of items that make your trip more enjoyable…they are the best! Thanks, Rick and Cindy for an awesome stay! Their beautiful blue house was immaculate and filled with all the amenities one would want or need! The pictures don’t do it justice! We will be back!

What a great place on the lake!!!

We had a great time!!! The house was spotless and stocked so very well. It's a great area , the dock is perfect for your boat, fishing, swimming ,and all the water toys, it's a very short walk from the house but it's like a wildlife viewing area with deer and turkeys.....It's Great Another great thing.... Golf ..... Just a few miles away ..

Great Family Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has everything you need during your stay. There's plenty of comfortable rooms, indoor and outdoor space for family to gather. Really neat room upstairs with a pool table for the older kids. The covered dock & lake area was nice even during the hottest part of the day. We spent so much time on the dock fishing & swimming. We had 4 generations of family celebrating my Daddy's 80th birthday & the house & property was suited to everyone's needs. We highly recommend this home & hope to return again soon! The host is extremely nice & very accommodating.

Amazing property

This lake house has all the bells and whistles. No detail was left unnoticed. Communication with host was spectacular. The home and property is stunning. Space for everyone. Traveling with 2 kids (1&5) is sometimes challenging but the house provided fun for everyone. There are walk in closets with air vents in all three bedrooms which was nice for the baby to sleep in. The beds were so comfortable. The home came with everything you could need for a great vacation. The dock was well equipped with all the fun gear. Even caught a few fish. Will definitely be back

Perfect for everyone

Felt like we were staying at our own lake house. The house offered space and activities for everyone! I do mean everyone from my 80+ parent to our 25 year olds. Setup for entertaining and relaxing, the back porch quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We stayed here while attending an event in Augusta. the drive to Augusta was easy, nice to stay outside Augusta and relax at the lake. Highly recommend. We will be back

Perfect Lake House

The Lake House Our stay was amazing! The pics of this location do not do it justice for what it really looks like, need to update pics! We had a group of 6 (3 adults, 3 teenagers) we had more then enough room for everyone to have space. Cindy and Rick take a lot of pride in keeping there home very clean and up to date. They met us upon arrival and did a walk through of the home and dock area with us, this was very appreciated. We could ask any questions right away. Let me start with the bathrooms, all of them very roomy and set up nicely. Well stocked with towels and they even had beach towels available for us to use. The paper supplies also very stocked (brought our Ah the kitchen and common area ~ WOW the kitchen was stocked full of everything you could think of. Rick told us they are kitchen gadget people, that is an understatement!! They also have a stocked spice cabinet, also the random essentials you don’t think about when meal planning ~ flour for making gravy ect... the local grocery store is not to far away maybe 15-20 mins but prices are a bit high. We did make a trip to the Walmart (45 mins away). Plenty of seating for us to all sit down and have a meal together either inside or outside. The gas grill was very nice to have as well with the outside seating areas. We had most of our meals out there! Hot tub was added bonus! The back yard is very level and grassy, made it nice for yard games. Dock area and boat ~ We also rented the boat from them as well! I will say after boat shopping for a rental his boat is the absolute best price for a week rental~ The boat was clean and full of gas for us when we arrived. The lake is very quite, not many others out there. So if your nervous about being a beginner boat driver, no worries here! The dock area was amazing! The hanging chairs in the pics are fun and comfortable, a little tricky to get in and out. Paddle boat and John boat there for us to use also. The pool table room was a nice hangout area with a bathroom and a mini fridge so there was no need to go up and down the stairs! Overall I have to say this is one of the best places we have rented. My sister and I have been doing a sisters / cousins vacation for 15 years now and I have to say this location was at the top of our list .Thankyou Rick and Cindy for sharing your home with us . We loved our stay. The check in and check out was super easy. There was everything in the house you would possibly need. Rick was wonderful to work with. The golf cart to get to the lake was nice. There was plenty of room at the dock for our pontoon boat and 3 wave runners. There is also plenty of parking. The hot tub was amazing.
