Good host communication, nice pool and hot tub. Very convenient spot to shopping, beaches, and a walkable ice cream spot. Enjoyed the lower level pool table, but wish the room was a bit bigger. Overall the house had everything we were looking for to have a great beach trip with friends and family.

Clean, flexible, convenient. Great for a large group like ours: 7 adults, 5 teens, 2 dogs. Suggestions: the living room couch is huge but tired. The kitchen needs some dish towels and a drainer for had washing. A great stay: thanks!

The area is very quiet. The beach is so close. Plenty of room to hang out as an extended family together on third floor and enough space in the rest of the house or by the pool to keep away from them as well. The pool was much bigger than expected. We hope to come back, but this may have been a once in a lifetime vacation. Thank you. Chef

Ben was great to work with- communicated quickly with us! The house was just as listed and perfect distance to beach- enjoyed sunrises from deck and also liked being able to walk to the grocery store! We really enjoyed our getaway and would come back!

The house is very nicely laid out with room and supplies for many people! It’s close to the beach, with close access to groceries and restaurants. The host, Ben, was super responsive to questions and very accommodating. The hot tub was very relaxing after a few hours of pickleball!
