Luxury Fully Furnished Home for Digital Nomads / Expats (long Stay)

Recently under architecture built luxury modern holiday villa situated on the caminho do rei in Praia do Rosa, Ibiraquera, Imbituba, Santa Catarina Brasil. The house has a central dining room/open kitchen and two bedrooms in each wing (total 4 bedrooms). Each wing has one room with bathroom and one room without bathroom. Ideal for two families with children who want to share a house during the holiday. There is a third "social" bathroom accessible for visitors. All ambients have air conditioning and there is a hot tub on the terrace. The house is situated on a big private area of 4000m2 in the middle of the subtropical rainforest. You can wake up with the sunrise view and finish the day with a glass of wine on the top of the sundeck looking at the sunset in the mountains.
