Vintage 30s Bungalo situated under a canopy of trees in the perfect midtown location. Park your car and walk or bike to charming midtown spots. Convenient freeway and major surface street access. Work or play, this is the place to stay!
Sit on the porch with your coffee or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, gas stove/oven, microwave. Your every need has been anticipated in this home. Enjoy the comfort of central heat and air. Keep up with your laundry with our clothes washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have queen size, super comfortable beds, full closet’s, chest of drawers, and ceiling fans. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Back patio has a sunshade and misters to relax under while you wait for your barbecue meal to cook. Small festive lights are on a timer for evening ambiance.
Home is equipped with all the essentials you will need: Towels, bed linens, pillows, soap, shampoo, rinse, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, WIFI, cable, coffee maker, coffee grinder.
No hassle or need to meet up with the host, each booking will be assigned an access code for the period of their stay.
Quiet urban area with tree-lined streets. People are riding their bikes or walking their dogs. Close to everything, yet, far enough away for quietude. Street parking, except on Thursday morning until noon. (street cleaning this side of street).
Getting around is easy, walk, use Uber, lift, zimride, taxis or public transit. Bike rental shops are nearby.

Great location

We came and stayed at Patty’s for the GoldenSky Music Fest. The location was great, within walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The neighbors were fun and full of information about the area. Patty is seriously one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She communicated great and even mailed back to us an earring that was left behind. I will definitely stay at Patty’s place again.

A great, completely furnished place that is absolutely immaculate. You could come here with just the clothes on your back and you would have everything that you need. (Though I wouldn't recommend it). The host communicates promptly and completely. Next time I come back to Sacramento I hope this property is available

Great location and host.....

My family and I stayed at Patty's for 5 weeks. Patty was a great host, safe location, and we had almost everything we needed. What I mean by this is that by the 3rd week the washer stopped working - the spin cycle had issues (Patty had previously indicated that certain wash cycles were having trouble with the spin cycle). One of the reasons I chose Patty's place was for the washer/dryer, it was unfortunate that it stopped working. If the washer is one of the reasons you select Patty's place, please ask if the washing machine is in working order. If it were not for this issue, I would have given Patty's place a 5.

Perfect location for any stay in Sacramento, period!

I stayed with my family of 6 and can say that everything was perfect. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Getting into the house was a breeze. Although it is street parking we didn't have any issues with getting a spot right in front every time we came home. The house is perfectly located in midtown so you can easily walk to some very nice restaurants/bars. It also provides easy access to all of the freeways in the area. I grew up in Sacramento and can tell you this is a perfect spot to stay. The neighborhood is nice and the house itself is charming. Patricia made the stay great by having the house ready for us very early, having tons of clean towels, bedding, pillows, seating, etc. She has done a great job setting this quaint little house up in midtown Sacramento. You have wifi, direct TV, and all the amenities you need in a house to make it a home for a short or long stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect place to call home while vacationing. Thanks Patty!

Wonderful Home!

I spent two weeks in Patty's home and couldn't have been happier. She has thought of every little thing a traveler away from home might need and more. She even left snacks and a nice bottle of wine for me when I arrived! The house is in a lovely, quiet area of midtown. Very close to McKinley Park, which I walked to often. Safeway grocery store with a Starbucks inside is about a mile away; easy drive. Freeway access is even closer. Parking on the street is ample; never had any issues with parking. The house is very cozy and comfortable and the heater and air conditioner work great. My daughter visited often and there was plenty of room for her and her friends. We also enjoyed using the bbq in the backyard. Patty is a wonderful owner who is only a text away if you need her. I will be returning to Sacramento often, and hope to stay at Patty's home whenever I can.
