Villa Happiness is located in the middle of a 2.2-hectare, completely fenced property. You reach the house through a gate and a long paved driveway lined with palm trees – the dream begins here. At the entrance, two rocking chairs are waiting for you, the perfect spot to enjoy romantic sunsets.

Inside, you can relax in 320 sqm of spacious living space. Since life in Florida mostly takes place outdoors, the villa also offers a very large screened pool area. Here you will find a beautiful brick bar with two comfortable bar stools for enjoying a drink, a cozy sofa corner, and four sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Two large ceiling fans above the outdoor dining area ensure a pleasant breeze. For entertainment, you can also spend some enjoyable hours in the pool room.

Golf

Naples is known as “the golf capital of the world” due to its high density of courses. Collier County alone offers around 60, and there are nearly as many within a 50 km radius. Many feature tropical landscaping and plenty of water. Electric carts are standard on all courses.

In peak season (January–April), green fees range from $60 to $150.

From May, you can play for as little as $30.

Beaches

Around 20 km of white sandy beaches stretch along the Gulf of Mexico from Naples. Behind them, mangrove forests and waterways have been preserved.

The main beaches are:

Naples Pier Beach – The city’s most famous stretch, with its landmark pier. Villas with large gardens line much of the beachfront, giving it a tropical island feel.

Vanderbilt Beach – Walk for kilometers almost undisturbed, while admiring some of Naples’ most exclusive homes.

Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park – Located on a peninsula separated from the mainland by mangrove swamps. In spring and summer, sea turtle nests can often be spotted. Facilities include shaded areas, restrooms, changing rooms, and barbecue stations. This beach is particularly recommended!

Shopping

For everyday needs, large supermarkets such as Publix and Sweetbay are just a 5-minute drive from Villa Happiness. They carry everything from fresh baked goods to fruits, vegetables, and meat.

5th Avenue – In the heart of Naples, with a mix of boutiques, souvenir shops, and excellent restaurants.

Coastland Mall – About 150 shops and restaurants, anchored by Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sears, and JC Penney. Dillard’s and Macy’s offer a huge selection of well-known brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Guess, DKNY, Levi’s, and Lee.
