Gostei demais do apartamento! Novo, muito bem conservado, ótima localização... Proprietário muito atencioso e o Felipe, que nos recepcionou no apartamento, também é muito prestativo e atencioso. Valeu muito a pena ter alugado o apartamento!

Horrible experiencia

La ubicación del departamento era buena para la zona. Quien nos recibió fue muy cordial y educado. Tuvo la amabilidad de prestarnos un juego de sabanas y un rollo de papel higiénico, porque eran las 21 hs y recién habíamos llegado desde argentina, sin la ropa de cama y papel. Nunca me di cuenta o me entere que el departamento no ofrecía ese servicio. El problema surgió cuando descubrimos que ninguno de los colchones que estaban podia utilizarce dignamente, porque estaban muy deteriorados , sucios y con un muy fuerte olor a humedad, pese al perfume que le pusimos. En peor condición estaban las almohadas que estaban en el interior de un placard con mas olor que los colchones y muchas manchas de humedad. Pese a que abrimos todas las ventanas, durante toda la noche, no pudimos ventilar los colchones. Tuvimos que dormir sentados en el sofa del comedor, donde nos dimos cuenta que faltaba la mesa, ademas de encontrar restos de cigarrillos en el interior del mueble del sanitario, cotonetes para oidos sucios en el piso, el piso manchado, los utenzillos de cocina grasosos. Tampoco funcionaba la conexión de internet (arrojaba un cartel que indicaba que el propietario debia comunicarse con la empresa para reestablecer el servicio). Imposible poder acostarse para descansar en esos colchones y almohadas. El propietario solo ofrecio la limpieza pero nunca el cambio de colchon y almohadas. Por ello tuvimos, pese a que teniamos pagado del 27/02 al 04/03/23, contratar otro hospedaje.

Ótimo!

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e aconchegante. Anfitrião super gente boa, sempre respondendo de prontidão todas as nossas dúvidas. Faltou apenas o ajuste de alguns detalhes, para tornar a estadia perfeita, como por exemplo, a troca das lâmpadas queimadas e a substituição de algumas bocas do fogão.

Ótima localização!

Localização perfeita, pois é ótimo para chegada e saída com carro... tudo perto. O imóvel não tem vista, mas é completo., apesar de não ser tudo novo, tudo funciona e atende muito bem. O anfitrião é atencioso e prestativo. Conseguimos reserva de última hora, com negociação e respostas muito rápidas. Ficamos 2 dias e foi ótimo custo benefício..

Tudo correu perfeitamente, tanto o dono do imóvel quanto o anfitrião atenderam prontamente as demandas e dúvidas. Imóvel atendeu perfeitamente, tudo conforme descrição e fotos. Se tivesse que fazer algum aponte negativo seria alguns pequeninos detalhes (como uma lâmpada queimada, alguma boca do fogão, e uma função do ventilador de teto. PEQUENOS detalhes mesmo!!) para acerto. Foi comunicado e ele já se prontificou a consertar - acredito que esteja providenciando! Mas em nada comprometeu a estadia, que foi amplamente satisfatória. Voltaria ao imóvel com certeza!! Agradeço ao proprietário e ao anfitrião!

Dias inesquecíveis...

O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos destacadas, todos os utensílios funcionando, lavanderia bem arejada, e a sacada maravilhosa. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Existem 2 padarias/mercadinho na rua de Trás que facilita para quem quer comprar uma coisa ou outra, mas dou preferencia para ir até o mercado do centro(q é pertinho) pois tem mais variedades... Escolhemos este imóvel pela localização, e por aceitar pet, e amamos tudo! O proprietário sempre solícito, tirou todas minhas dúvidas, e o Felipe foi quem nos recebeu na chegada, muito educado e super gentil e ele ainda tem uma facilidade para quem busca passeios nas praias como (escuna). Devido a pandemia achei que estaria tudo fechado, mas demos sorte de conseguir desfrutar do paraíso de Arraial do Cabo. Praias um verdadeiro paraiso! Excelente lugar, otimo imóvel e com ctz voltaremos em breve.
