Modern, bright and relaxed villa right on beach with large spacious living areas with ocean views from anywhere you sit or stand inside home. This gem has two terraces and a rooftop "mirador" where you can watch the most stunning sunsets, fishermen bringing in the fishnet catch of the day and locals running to help pull in the net. Open the beach access gate and join locals walk the secluded, public beach or just relax at our private refreshing inground swimming pool also gated! Restaurants, pubs, and shops are within 1-2 miles coastline!

The house is massive. Many rooms which was great for our large group. The outdoor seating area was great for hanging. Kitchen was great to cook in as well. Many supplies for the beach located in garage. Felt like a safe area.

Excellent for our needs grandparents celebrating 50th wedding anniversary with 5 grandchildren and there parents of 4 adults. Location is excellent beach front beautiful view beach in front of house.Smaller children enjoyed salt water pool with provide bikes ,tubes and beach chairs. I can honestly say best house I ever rented anywhere beds and furniture very comfortable. Owner and property manager Felix gave immediate service. Aguadilla is quiet location and better suited than Rincon for quiet traffic free location you will thoroughly enjoy this house.

Beautiful house located directly on the beach. House is located in a quiet area that is very nice and safe. The property manager, Felix, is fantastic. He was right there for any questions and very accommodating. The water directly behind the house is great for surfing/boogie boarding with a nice reef break just to the south. Free diving/snorkeling is decent but Shack's beach is only about 20 minutes away for some very nice reefs. We also booked a fishing charter down in Cabo Rojo with great success, only about 40 minutes away. Many of the good hikes were also pretty close so the house is centrally located on the west coast and works great to see the north, south, and inland areas.

We had two separate families stay at the property - we each took a floor. Worked great! Beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were nice to have - beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Also was very clean!

Amazing host and house!

There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!

We loved this property and its location. The separate quarters over two different floors worked well for our family reunion. The beach is right outside, and the pool was great. The sunset views from the second floor deck were perfect. The house had everything we needed, and Felix, the host/property manager was super responsive.

The property manager, Felix had pizza and water waiting for us upon our request since we arrive late. He was always available to provide recommendations and answer any questions. We had very polite and nice individual. I appreciate the concierge service. Property was conveniently located right on the sand. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The locals do come in between the two houses because there is an alleyway but they are respectful and do not bother you. Most of the time people were bringing their kayak to early morning fish.

Had a blast on our multigenerational trip with the house being a perfect place to stay. Really enjoyed the paddle boarding, beach walks, and biking.
