We were visiting for the Houston Rodeo for the weekend and had brought our dogs with us. The property was wonderful, had everything we needed, a lovely backyard, and was conveniently located! Will stay again next time we are back.

We had a great weekend with our family. I cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable this house was for us. We had a few questions and Calvin was quick to respond and even came out one evening to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located.

Worked for what we needed

The location was convenient for us as we were visiting family in Sugarland and in Missouri City. We had a dog with us and the yard and the layout of the house worked well. Had all of the appliances and decent supply of dishes and flatware to serve our needs. Sleeping accommodations were good for our group of five adults. It was reasonably priced. The negatives are that it is all a bit tired looking, and surface clean, but don't look in the corners.

The house was clean. We came for a softball tournament in Pearland, so it was a good location. But the house needs some work. All of the doors stick when opening and closing them, including the fridge. The floor has lumps throughout the house as does the ceiling and walls. Also the rooms need better curtains as a lot of light gets through.Check in was easy, but no check out instructions. Only 3 trash bags were available. Communication with the company was awful.
