About this property

This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comes with a spacious open floorplan which seamlessly joins the dining room, kitchen, and living room areas together nicely.

Step out onto the private balcony to grill up a delicious dinner on the BBQ. While you are there, take in the crisp mountain air and peace and quiet of this newly built gated complex!

The kitchen comes with all the accommodations expected in a luxury home. There is a walk-in pantry, granite countertops, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. It has stainless-steel appliances with dual ovens, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The formal dining area has plenty of space to accommodate six guests.

The living room area has comfortable seating in plush couches around a fireplace with flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private closed deck. It also has a deluxe bathroom including a hot tub style bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom has 2 queen beds, the extra room has a bunk bed that consists of double bed on bottom and single on top.

Outside of the home walk to shops, the slopes, and some of the best eateries in Tahoe. Enjoy the nightlife of the casinos or a fun day of Ice skating at Heavenly Village in the winter. During summer months take a short trek down to the Lake or hop on the nearby bike path to experience Tahoe in a whole new way.

Amazing place for skiing at Heavenly

Amenities are top class. Fully equipped kitchen for up to 10 people. Condominium layout is great for two families (3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms). Walking distance to Heavenly Gondola, supermarket and restaurants. Property managers answered promptly all questions. Definitely in our return-to-place list.
