Our house is located near Peró beach, an example of beauty and sustainability, Blue Flag international certification. Staying in our house you will have the privilege of being just 20 minutes from Buzios. The house is large and has been recently renovated. The space offers swimming pool, barbecue and all the structure that you and your family may need with comfort and quality.
Our beach house is suitable for families!
The condominium is closed and has a restaurant, bakery, snack bar, grocery store and 24 hour security.

Fim de semana maravilhoso!

Esta é a segunda vez que eu e meus amigos alugamos a casa da Cristiane, foi simplesmente maravilhoso! É uma casa bastante arejada, apesar de possuir ar condicionado, corria um vento tão gostoso que optei por dormir com as janelas abertas. Em um dos dias fomos à Praia da Azeda em Búzios que fica uns 30 min da casa, quando voltamos fizemos um churrasco de almoço e ficamos até o fim do dia na piscina. O condomínio possui uma estrutura muito boa, tem uma padaria que é como se fosse um minimercado que foi bastante útil. Pretendemos voltar o mais breve possível!

A casa é muito legal

Eu e meus amigos amamos ficar na casa da Cristiane tudo novinho. A casa é enorme, é maior do que aparece nas fotos. Tem de tudo, o espaço da churrasqueira com a piscina foi perfeito para passarmos o dia todo ali. O condomínio tinha piscina mas não utilizamos. O mercadinho do condomínio facilitou para comprinhas de café da manhã e lanches. Eu amei a mesa de jantar da casa, ela gira , achei ótimo para o nosso grupo que era grande. Tivemos café da manhã memoráveis. As dicas da Cristiane para compras e passeios foram excelentes, o quê facilitou muito a nova viagem. Ela foi super acessível durante a nossa estadia. A casa é igualzinha as fotos. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.
