About this property
Cabbagetown bungalow in the heart of Atlanta
Our Cabbagetown bungalow is a perfect home-away-from-home. The mid-century modern decor complements the vaulted ceilings, spiral staircase, and lofted space to create a cozy, modern home. The backyard is complete with bistro lights, furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ offering a perfect space to lounge and enjoy drinks with friends. We're just steps away from Carroll Street - Cabbagetown's Main Street - which offers restaurants (open late!), our local pub, and a corner store.
Cabbagetown is one of the cutest neighborhoods in Atlanta (in our humble opinion). The streets are narrow and lined with shotgun style houses, parks, gardens, and legendary street art. We have a couple of local bars and restaurants, which all have great food, drinks, and vibes. And we're just a ten minute walk from the Beltline, Oakland Cemetery; and a 15 minute walk from Krog Street Market, King Memorial MARTA station, and so much more.

My wife and I are southern transplants originally from California. I work in Medicine and she is a city planner. We've been in Atlanta for several years and have fallen in love with the city, especially the vibrant visual arts scene (Cabbagetown is the epicenter!).
Why they chose this property
After living in several neighborhoods, we settled on Cabbagetown for the incredibly tight-knit community, fantastic chili festival, and amazing murals.
