The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. lock doors and any windows if opened. Turn off all lights both inside and out (rooftop and garage level).
2. Turn all the thermostats to auto, cool, and 75.
3. Remove trash from inside. place in green trash bins on garage level. All garbage must be bagged.
4. Place furniture or items in room that were was moved back to the original location.
5. Place dirty dishesin dishwasher, add dishwasher detergent provided under the sink and press start before leaving.
6. Place used towels/washcloths in the bathtub/shower. Don’t worry about the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
