About this property

Wake up to the sound of waves on beautiful Horden's Beach. This well-appointed house sits steps from the sand. The perfect place for the family holiday. The house is open plan with the living area and kitchen/dining on one level looking over the water. Also on that level are the main bedroom with en-suite, one bedroom with bunk beds, the other with two single beds, a main bathroom and fully equipped laundry. On the entrance level there is a queen bedroom and a toilet. A large, grassed back yard completes the property with room for a family cricket match. There is a BBQ on the deck overlooking the water.
No parties or events to be held at the house. Please keep any late-night noise down, as there are close neighbours.

Amazing stay

The house and location are fabulous, right at the beach and just a short walk to the local shops. Absolutely everything you need improved for with a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful bathrooms. The communication was excellent and we hope to stay again.

The perfect location in the perfect house!

This was my first time returning to Bundeena after moving away 34 years ago. So there was a lot of visitors and activities at the house and it all went seamlessly because this house had so much space and the environment was so inviting! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you would ever need. The garage is full of useful beach items like chairs, kayaks, toys. They provided plenty of beach towels. Honestly you don’t have to worry about anything but food and drinks while staying here. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach and shops is wonderful. I will share the negatives just to help others in the future, but these wouldn’t prevent me from staying again. I would definitely return here again in a heartbeat. The communication was great as far as promptness. I will say the house instructions were lacking. There wasn’t any welcome sheet with tips about the house. I was eventually messaged instructions that were a screenshot of an old document that was out of date. There are 3 thermostats however only 1 actually controls the a/c which is different from what was provided in the screenshot (the digital thermostat is the only one needed), so perhaps putting a note beside the other ones that don’t work would be helpful. The bed in the master was very comfortable, but my guests did say the beds in the other rooms were hard. The closets have wires shelves that kept coming out of the wall, so that could be improved also.

The best house in the best position on the beach

The house is lovely, superbly positioned on the beach and well appointed, with bifold doors opening to embrace the garden and beach. Great communication with owner before and after our stay. A perfect Bundeena weekend

Slice of Heaven

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a family holiday. It’s extremely well appointed. The location right on the beach is spectacular. We very much enjoyed our stay. My only issue would be the fact that no bed linen was provided. I’ve never stayed at a house that didn’t provide bed linen. It is in the description, but for the calibre of the house and the cost, you don’t really want to be carting linen and making beds.
