A Perfect Base for Your Hills Getaway – Ideal for Families or Friends

Apartment B1 offers a welcoming retreat right in the heart of Olinda village, with lovely treetop views over the shopping precinct. With two spacious bedrooms, it’s perfect for a small family or a couple of friends travelling together.

The main bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a marble ensuite with a double shower – great for unwinding after a day exploring. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and its own private bathroom with both a bath and a double shower, making sure everyone has their own space and comfort.

You’ll love the open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. Gather together on the balcony for a quiet morning coffee or an evening catch-up, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Comfort is covered year-round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a cozy gas log-fire in the lounge, and electric panel heaters in both bedrooms. There's Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your entertainment, plus a washer/dryer combo – ideal for longer stays or travelling with kids.

Step outside and you're right in the centre of Olinda – stroll to the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Gardens, browse charming local shops, or grab a bite at one of the many cafés and restaurants. Dudley’s, just on the corner, is a local favourite from breakfast through to dinner.

Please note: The apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs from street level. From the undercover parking area, access to the street is via either stairs or a longer, stair-free pathway.

Wi-Fi is included, though reception in the Dandenong Ranges can be patchy. If internet is essential, we recommend bringing a backup modem.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment in heart of Olinda. Water pressure could be stronger in shower plus there was a weird musty smell in bathroom 1 (perhaps from heated floor tiles).

Great little apartment right in the centre of Olinda and so close to many other small towns. Family friendly. Help from the manager readily available when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. Will definitely stay again.

Great position.

Great position in a great little town. Very modern. Warm! Just a few little things could be improved. We did not have any hand soap and had to fill containers our selves. Also no tissues or toilet brush!

Thank you for your review and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay in the Olinda Apartment. Our housekeeper, Michele, did bring over the soap to fill the containers. We will need to check with housekeeping about the other issue raised as we normally have 3 toilet rolls under the sink in each of the 2 bathrooms, so that is bad and we apologise. Sorry, your comment was about a toilet brush, so that will be checked as there is usually one in each of the 2 bathrooms, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
