Site good but a lot of problems

The property is near the beach and town but it has a lot of drawbacks Noisy dogs (5) next door that bark every time you go out to terrace or if the neighbours go as well. The property needs an upgrade in that external shutters did not work properly, air con only worked in one room and the gas boiler had an intermittent fault that meant having a cold shower occasionally. Also the general quality of the equipment was poor the bare minimum was supplied, (didn’t even have a salt and pepper pot) Compared to other properties we have rented in Guardamar this was by far the worst we have ever had

God beliggenhed, tæt på strand. God terrasse. Ikke de nyeste møbler, men brugbart. God hjælp at hente hos udlejer. Vaskemaskine er fælles med 11 andre lejligheder. Og mønt skal købes af udlejer. Ikke stedet at leje, hvis ikke hunde har interesse. Vi havde 3 udmærkede uger i lejligheden, vil vil dog vælge noget større næste gang. Da køkken og badeværelse ikke er stort ( for en person af gangen).

Hemos pasado unos días geniales, la casa muy acogedora con una terraza grande en la que corre la brisa del mar y está a 3 minutos andando de la playa; la propietaria muy atenta y amable.

Ruhe ist was anderes, die Vermieterin hat mehr als 10 Hunde, morgens ca.6.00 Uhr beginnt das Gebelle...bis ca.23 Uhr. Die Austattung ist so alt wie die Eigentümerin. Die Küche ist eine Katastrophe Grillplstz dreckig, konnten wir nicht nutzen. Keine Luegestühle für die große Sonnenterasse. .Die Eigentümerin hat das belächelt, unmöglich, wir können es nicht empfehlen, für diese Ausstattung war es zu teuer.

Ville bo vid havet 🙏

Läget bra nära havet. Fick byta bungalow innan ankomst pga renovering. Den vi fick behövde också renoveras 😅 anser vi. Soffan antik och belysning väldig dålig i hela bungalow. Återkommer gärna om ägaren höjer standarden på objektet.

All aspects of this trip were very clear: the reservation, questions by email, the arrival and departure, etc. Its all quite well organized in a friendly, casual way. Plus, you can help yourself to the great figs from the tree in front!

Zweckmäßig eingerichteter Bungalow, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Freundliche Vermieterin mit der man bei Fragen etc. jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, kurze Wege zu vielen, unterschiedlichen Restaurants. Carrefour und Mercadonia sind auch zu Fuß machbar. Hund kein Problem,auch er fühlte sich wohl :) Sehr gerne wieder Fam. La zona tranquila. La mujer muy amable conmigo pero en un momento que me ausenté y estaba solo mi hija, se metió en el jardín de la casa sin avisar y no la habló muy correctamente. Una pega, eché de menos algún producto de limpieza.

location conforme à la description propriétaire trés acceuillante convient pour 4 personnes, trés propre manque peut etre un peu de vaisselle mais c'est les vacances donc pas de grande cuisine et puis comme il fait chaud beaucoup de salades. seul reproche la coupure du wi fi entre 23h et 9h c'est justement à ces heures que nous en avions besoin pour communiquer avec nos enfants résté en france. le plus de la location une terrasse couverte avec vue sur la mer ou nous avons pris la majorités de nos repas et petits déjeuners et l'accés à la plage 60m maxi. nous y retournerons.

Schöne Ferien mit Sonne, Strand und Meer

Für die schönsten Tage im Jahr sind Sie hier richtig! Super heller und feiner Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür.... Der Strand fällt flach und weit ins Meer und ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Guardamar ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen!! Wir hatten ein süßes kleines Apartment mit großem Balkon und 2 Schlafzimmern, kleiner Küche sowie Wohn- Esszimmer und selbstverständlich deutsches Fernsehen. Alles da was man im Urlaub also braucht... Da die sympathische und immer gut gelaunte Eigentümerin vor Ort wohnt ist man auch nicht aufgeschmissen, wenn etwas nicht funktionieren sollte... Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und bestens geeignet um eine schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Mal wieder haben wir hier einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und das zur Hochsaison! Wir, 3 Personen mit Anspruch auf Individualität, verbringen nun schon seit vielen Jahren mindestens 1x im Jahr unseren Urlaub hier. Egal, ob Sommer, Frühjahr oder Herbst, es ist immer sehr schön hier. Durch die großzügige Wohnung hat man genügend Platz für mindestens 4 Personen, ohne sich zu nerven. Und dann der kurze Weg zum Strand - ein Traum :-) Fazit: Wirklich weiterzuempfehlen, wer für kleines Geld einen tollen, relaxten Urlaub verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Bungalow antiguo y austero

Bungalow antiguo y austero. Primeramente nos dan la bienvenida las cucharachas alrededor de la entrada. La luz interior es excasa salvo en la terraza. El resto de bombillas apenas dan luz. Le faltan cuidados básicos de mantenimiento... Sobre todo el WC con apenas luz, NO SE VE NADA! y el grifo del lavabo se descompone por momentos... La tapa WC idem... Los cabeceros de las camas se caen... Las sábanas rotas y con 20 años de uso... Son blancas pero están de color GRIS!! Carencia total de básicos en la cocina en cuanto a menaje... Unicamente dos sartentes en las que se pega todo. Otro detalle muy importante es que el aire acondicionado ESTA PROGRAMADO para conectarse a las 23:00 horas y hasta las 8:00... Pero si en este horario es cuando más fresquito hace!! Desde luego es un engaño decir que la vivienda tiene aire acondicionado si después no lo puedes utilizar cuando tú quieres. Muy defraudados con esto y esto sobre todo es lo que hará que no volvamos. Eso si.. Está a 6 minutos andando de la playa.

Immer wieder!

Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 50 m. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir kommen nun schon seit 40 Jahren hierhin und fühlen uns wie zu Hause. Es gibt hier gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Mittwochs ist Markt, wo man Obst, Gemüse und auch vieles Anderes kaufen kann. Es kommen sogar Freunde und Bekannte von uns hierher.
