Great location. Great house well stocked. Debbie was quick to respond and always available. The house was clean and updated. Our family had a wonderful visit. Fabulous place for a large family outing. We had 19 people, from newborn to grandparents. Perfect!

Great place to stay for a large Family

We really enjoyed our 25th anniversary stay at this condo with our 7 adult children and 17 Grandchildren. It was clean, had everything we needed and loved the deck with a great view! Right next to the playground and outdoor pool. You will love it!

Fun in the sun in Branson! We took all of our kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews for a lake vacation! The house was perfect for a whole bunch of people and a whole bunch of fun! The house is gorgeous with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everything to have their own space. The kitchen is fully stocks with all the supplies you need! Including spices! This was the first rental I’ve ever stays in that had spices. I know this might seem trivial to some people but I think it’s always going to be the little things that count! When you are cooking for 25-30 people trust me…it’s the little things! Two dishwashers, two refrigerators, big ol’ bar b q grill, plenty of trash bags, plenty of seating, etc. The kids enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board, video games and the pool that is RIGHT NEXT DOOR! You can actually see your family through the kitchen window at the pool. I loved that!! We had plenty of parking for everyone! There is even a place for your boat to park. Book it! You will love it!

Great Getaway

The property is in an absolutely beautiful location. The sunsets over the lake from the balcony view are stunning. Beds are comfortable, plenty of room for a large group. I loved that the main section of the house - living room & dining space - were spacious and could accomodate everyone. Everything was absolutely great - only small complaint is the floors could have been cleaner. But with our huge group, they would have gotten dirty anyways.

Great Vacation House!

This property had everything you would want for a family reunion trip. Lots of places to sit, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and plenty of entertainment options. Everyone was happy who stayed. Would definitely book again!

Fun Three Days in Branson

Perfect house for our group, plenty of space and kids loved having the playground next door. This house is large, well equipped, clean and lots of bedrooms and baths to pick from. Would definitely stay here again our next time in Branson!

Gorgeous House with view. Lots of things to do with the family at the house.

Loved this house. Beautiful and gorgeous view. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. Only one complaint….one room in the basement had not been cleaned good, sticky floor and the towels in bathroom one had black stains like possible mascara stains. The shower had hair in it. This was only noticed in one room in the basement all other rooms were cleaned. Maybe just check with your house cleaners to make sure no rooms get overlooked. Overall would definitely want to rent this house again when we are in Branson again.

Mamoo’s 80th birthday

My husband, our kids, grandkids and great great grandkids had a wonderful time together. The house was perfect for our multi-generation family. Everything was just as promised. The on-site property manager took care of any issue, including cookies and a birthday cake for my party.

Cove Rock Lodge "Rocks"

Excellent, beautiful and functional property, still has the new home smell with all the modern creature comforts included. I hosted my parent's 50th anniversary get-together here over a long weekend with a group of 20. This home and the set-up was exactly what we needed for our group. The 6 king suites were great with each having it's own bathroom, flat screens, walk-ins, etc. The bunk rooms were great for the kiddos, esp with one having it's own bathroom which the teen girls loved. The main floor layout was great with open concept, huge kitchen and large sitting area for meals. The basement set up was awesome for the kids, as well as the community playground literally right next door for the little ones. Location is convenient for Silver Dollar City and the Adventure Park (strip) for the kids and many other entertainment options. It's a bit of drive downtown depending on traffic but still very manageable. Given the time of year, we weren't able to take full advantage of the lakeside access but during summer months that would be outstanding. The sunsets were beautiful from the deck. In terms of improvement opportunities, there weren't many and nothing major but a few that came up over the weekend: If your group drinks as much coffee as ours did, bring your own coffee pot. The cheap black & decker pot takes over 30 minutes to brew. The Keurigs are a nice touch but for our old-school group, quantity over quality was the preference. Second, this property would be ideal for an outdoor firepit to use in the spring and fall. The home next door has one but this property does not. The lighting in the bathrooms is modern but not bright enough for the females in the group that needed "make-up lighting." So might want to throw in your make-up mirror (I'm just the messenger on this one). Lots of new home/condo construction around this property so it gets noisy early during the week. And lastly, we had 5 different groups driving to this property, all 5 got lost even with the directions that the owners provided and were shared. Owner was great to help out and get us re-directed and everything worked out just fine. But the directions given weren't very good. That should be short-lived as hopefully GPS tech will include this new property soon enough. All in all, 5 stars from my group. I'd come back again in a heartbeat, we had a great celebration and the home was a perfect venue for us.

Perfect for a large family group

Perfect for a family group of all ages. Next door to the pool, kids/teens can take over the basement game room and kitchen, adults on the main floor/upstairs.Plenty of rooms for privacy or for spending time together. We couldn’t have been happier.

Great option just north of the Chateau

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. It was perfect for our situation which was traveling to Branson for a dance competition held at the Chateau on the Lake which is a minute drive south of the neighborhood. We had enough bedrooms for all 6 moms to have a private space and the bunk rooms and more extra rooms for the 7 kids to take over. We have stayed at the COTL before but this is so much better. It’s quieter and so convenient that we would shuttle the kids and moms back and forth whenever they needed to be up there. Property was immaculately clean with a huge kitchen. We didn’t get a chance to use the covered porch space because of the temperature but I imagine in the summer it’s wonderful! Definitely plan to return next year same weekend!

Our stay was quiet and peaceful with incredible scenic views of the lake. The home was well cared for and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend. We’d definitely stay here again next time we are in Branson.

Winter stay

Had a great weekend stay here! The owners were very responsive to communication which was very appreciated! The house has plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and appreciated the multiple fridges and dishwashers. It’s very helpful with a large group! The kids loved the bunk bed rooms. The fact that each room had a bathroom was very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well! Thanks for a good stay!

Branson has changed so much over the years and it is now a premier destination for young families as well as the traditional Branson favorites for all ages! We love Top of the Rock, Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon, Table Rock Lake to name a few. We love the outdoors as well as traveling, We look forward to hosting many other families and groups for their vacations that will hold a lifetime of cherished memories!
