Great place and location

The condo was spacious and well maintained. It was in a great location. We have family who live year round on Brigantine and they spoke highly of our rental. Only issues: no towels or bed sheets and it did smell like gasoline at times, being above the garage. We would certainly recommend to others.

Beautiful beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Any issue we had, the owners promptly tried to rectify. Two things to note: make sure you bring your own sheets and towels as there aren't any, and yes it is about a half mile walk to the ocean (per my watch), which was a little difficult for our small children.

We had the greatest week! Tammy and her husband were so friendly and perfect hosts. The huge porch was our favorite place to spend time to eat dinner or play games. We would definitely come back and recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful house!

Wonderful Stay in Brigantine !!

The property was amazing in every way...location is perfect...beautiful, over-sized deck - utmost privacy and tranquility. The home is open concept lots of light - beautifully appointed living spaces and kitchen. All amenities are included and pictures of the property are accurate and spot on. The property owners were the greatest people to work with..can't say enough about their hospitality!!

Great beach house and location!

Tammy and her husband hosted our stay during the Memorial Day holidays with family and friends. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was ample room for all of us. The property was clean and the location was perfect! It's a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach, which was really nice. Both Joe and Tammy were great hosts and very responsive to my questions and I would highly recommend their place for anyone looking for a beach house to stay at! I would certainly stay at their place again.

Brigantine Beach house

This property was clean and spacious. Perfect for our extended family while they were there and for just my husband and myself during the remainder of our stay. Everyone loved the deck!!! Perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after the beach. Joe and Tammy were accessible and helpful throughout. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Trip

We had a great family trip staying here! The accommodations are excellent! Everything was clean and comfortable. Hosts were easy to communicate with and all our needs were met. The deck was my favorite spot. This was our first time in Brigantine. It was quiet and perfect for our family to get a chance to see each other while attending an event in Atlantic City without the the hassle of the city. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time! It was clean, it felt like home. Close to the beach, safe neighborhood and plenty of room. I would definitely rent it again. Everything was available for us to use. Brigantine's Best

We had a great week in Brigantine. The hosts were very accommodating and accessible as they live upstairs. The property is spacious, clean and very quiet! The location is great, close to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream... Note that due to the dunes, it is a 7 min. walk to the beach. Owners supply beach cart, chairs, body boards & beach toys. The back deck is so peaceful & relaxing. Outside showers are perfect for returning from the beach all sandy. Our only rec. would be to mention in the listing that renters needs to bring their own linens (sheets & towels) or rent from a local supplier. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great Getaway

We had a fantastic stay this summer! This place was perfect for an extended family of 7. We truly enjoyed the home and how clean everything was. We’ve never stayed in a place so clean through VrBO or a hotel. They had lots of extras for us, beach cart, body boards, tons of beach toys etc. Everything was also super close from a pizza place to the grocery store, location was really awesome! Our only complaint was that we were new to the Brigantine area and didn’t realize how long of a walk it was to the beach through the protected lands. We were traveling with a 2 year old and elderly grandparents who struggled with the walk. It was almost 1/2 a mile walk from the rental to the water.

My family and I had quite a nice stay here. We had six adults and 1 child, which (IMO) is a bit of a squeeze! The king bedroom was fantastic & has its own bathroom. The queen bedroom is also excellent and includes plenty of drawers for clothing, and it had nightstands. The third bedroom (the one with bunk beds) was functional, but would benefit from a chest of drawers, a mirror, and nightstands for organization. It’s a great room for kids, but it was a bit tough to manage with two adults on the bottom bunk and my kiddo on the top! There’s also a trundle that rolls out on the bottom, but we opted to avoid using it because we needed some floor space for our stuff. Things we loved: The nice big deck & its roof (in case of rain); the space in the garage for our bikes and beach stuff; the huge sectional couch!Things we didn’t love: The mosquitos (bring bug spray and a citronella candle for nighttime on the deck!); not having an ocean view because of the dunes (but they’re pretty in their own right!); the loooong walk across the dunes and across the widest part of the beach in Brigantine (we expected this, so that’s on us!)Finally, the owner was lovely and personable, and very easy to communicate with via text during our stay. She gladly fixed a problematic faucet in one of the outdoor showers right away! Overall, this was a nice stay for the price.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!

Not as listed. No linens or towels provided and not stated in the listing. Had to run to a local Walmart and spent over $200 for linens and towels. Condo reeked of gas fumes for an entire day from owner working in garage on ground level right below condo. Texted owner about the smell, nothing was done. At 2am, was told by owner we could leave at that time for a full refund or we could stop complaining. When I texted the owner the next day about the issue and how upset I was to be dealing with this, no response. Texted the owner again the day after returning from the trip about the gas fume issue, again, no response from her. Do not rent from these people!

Wonderful Vacation Home

I rented this house for a combination family, then friends trip. We all had a wonderful time. Tammy and Joe are so friendly, and the house is equipped with absolutely everything you could want. Wonderful weekend in Brigantine

Our yearly girls beach trip brought us to Brigantine this year and it was a first for all of us. The house is located right on the beach and although there is not an ocean view it didn’t matter as you are just steps away from basically your own private beach. Tammy(owner) and her husband were fabulous and made us feel right at home. They were very accommodating and quick to respond when we needed them. I would highly recommend this property we will definitely be back to Brigantine!! Thank you!
