Dogs allowed with $200 fee. ONLY 200 FT FROM OCEAN DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM BEACH ACCESS AND 500 FT FROM POOL CLUB WITH UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS. Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, fully supplied kitchen, wet bar, 4 cable TV's, large shaded furnished deck with unobstructed ocean views, 500 ft from ocean club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front.
PLEASE NOTE POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEM DAY TO LABOR DAY.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Great weekend getaway

This is a lovely property in a great location. Cliff the property owner was incredibly responsive. The beach access is directly across the street and convenient. We will definitely return.

1A Becky st was a great place! Only negatives were the Mr. Coffee ws very slow (needs cleaning?) as was the Kerig. Kerig said to descale. Master bedroom mattress was just OK. Pretty worn out. Overall it was a great comfortable place to stay!

We had a nice stay and would definitely stay again. A few things we noticed is that we were responsible for renting linens this year - in the past, the linens were always provided. Also, the condo seemed to be a bit more run down than past condos we have stayed in. For example, the front door had black duct tape on it, the microwave was cracked around the top, and the closet door in the bedroom was broken. The living room furniture was pretty worn as well.

The place was pretty much stripped of any starter goods. No toilet paper, Garbage bags, etc. We usually replace what we use but had to rush out to the store. Maint. People painted the porch floors and stairs while we were there. One day primer and the next paint. Tough with dogs. Overall the unit is very nice.

Just OK

Understanding that Hurricane Ian had come ashore just south of the condo the previous weekend, the condo appeared not to have been cleaned from the last renters with lots of dog hair everywhere. We arrived to find that there was no cable/Wifi and had to spend the first two hours of our stay working through that (despite being reassured by Cliff that everything was "ready to go"). We also found it interesting that there were no bath mats in any of the showers to step out on after showering. There were also some overhead lights that did not work. The deck chairs were not high enough to see over the deck railing and view the ocean/surf. It appeared to us that the actuals owners may not frequent the place very often. Cliff was very responsive and helpful, and the exterior damage to the condo that was sustained from the storm was getting repaired while we were there.

Ocean Paradise except for noise! 😣

Everything was great! Wish the unit was more insulated from neighbors. Could hear upstairs neighbors (they had two young boys) through ceiling and when they were using exterior stairways - at 5:00 a.m.! 😫 My son left to go home the last night it was so bad. The last time we stayed in Ocean Paradise there were no neighbors around us. Unlikely to take a chance on staying in this unit again for that reason. Unfortunate. Such a nice place! Loved everything else! Working with the owner/management was great! Excellent communication and service!

Ocean Isle Beach Wedding

These accommodations were perfect for our group of seven, but the condo is so large that 12 would be comfortable. Beautiful beach views were an added bonus! It was the perfect place to stay while attending a family wedding. Thank you, Cliff!

Great beach access!

The beach is Right across a small very low traveled street. The front porch is covered which provides a break from the sun. Ocean Isle beach is a lovely community that is not over commercialized. Grocery store close by as well as a number of very good restaurants. We would definitely go back and rent again from Cliff the owner. He was very helpful!

Spring break fun

We have been staying at the Islanders over the last 20 years, this was our first time in this unit. Unit was exactly as described in photos and was plenty of room for our family. Cliff is a great host with great communication. We would definitely stay in this unit or any property Cliff manages again!

Great location and great communication.

From start to finish Cliff was a pleasure to work with. Very informative and helpful. Unit was clean and in a great location. Only two small cons; unit could use some updates to furniture. Living room seating not very comfortable. And zero toilet paper in any of the 4 bathrooms. A starter supply would have been helpful until we unpacked. We will definitely rent again!

Awesome location!

This condo has a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The deck is large and was a great space to hang out with our dogs and family! Super easy beach access right across the street!

After a rough start with a different rental agency & property, Cliff’s property was available & pet friendly! He was our knight in shining armor & very quick to respond! Great location

Home was a great space for 5 adults to feel they all had their space. Beach access was a short walk away - one house down. Pool was a short walk - about 7 houses down. Parking for 3 full sized SUV and 2 trucks was there. Space for a golf cart where we didn't have to move vehicles to use it. Great view out the back deck - no houses between the unit and the dunes/beach.
