Welcome to "Beach Be With You" - a spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath second row condo located in the Islander Villa on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Just a short stroll to two nearby beach accesses makes it easy for our guests to be relaxing on the beach in under 2 minutes. elevator and parking for 4 cars . pool club, tennis, pickleball, basketball.

You’ll love showering after a day on the beach in the new primary bathroom shower completed in April 2022. The comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax while you enjoy spectrum cable on the 50” TV. The four bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs with cable, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains. Fast reliable high speed wifi internet throughout the condo. Fully stocked kitchen with two full size refrigerators with ice makers. Enjoy the sea breeze as you swing, rock, and dine on the covered ocean facing porch. Cool off in the oceanfront pool - our guests have full access to the Isles Beach Club which features a spectacular pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball.
Beautifully updated in 2021 - laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout, interior paint, dining table and chairs, living room furniture, quartz countertops, dishwasher, HVAC system, bedding, and decor.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Comfortably furnished, well stocked kitchen, very clean. We enjoyed staying on the first floor, first floor was perfect for us, and enjoyed day and night on the porch

First Visit to OIB - AMAZING

Beach Be With You was a wonderful place for our first visit to OIB. The walk to the beach was perfect, we were able to see some of the ocean's white caps from the front deck. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was labeled so we knew where to return items when we were finished. They even had a puzzle board for us to use while making our yearly vacation puzzle. The neighbors were also so kind to our group. On our last night, they gave our young adult children delicious crab legs! Thanks, neighbors! I would highly recommend Beach Be With You for your family's vacation.

Great place to stay

This condo is really nice! We were so close to the public beach access and also great views of the ocean! Loved the back porch and it was quiet for the most part. Condo was clean and the upgrades were very nice! Could have more lighting in some of the bedrooms.
