Detached newly renovated holiday home with private pool for 4 persons

Holiday home for 4 persons with private pool surrounded by a green fenced olive grove and vineyard (over 2.500mq). 9.5 km from the sea and 2.5 km from Camaiore center. The house is currently being renovated and the work will be completed in January 2023.
It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with kitchenette, covered terrace and garden. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV sat, ADSL wi-fi connection, stereo, dvd player, pool: 11x5x1,5.
Additional costs to be paid locally: final cleaning € 80- bed linen/ towels € 15/person (on request). Electricity, gas and water included

Beautiful cottage with large garden and private pool

We spent two weeks in the newly renovated and modernized house. During our stay Mauro was always available for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The house is lovingly and modernly designed, the garden spacious and the pool well maintained. We felt very comfortable and would book the house again anytime!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a stunning setting

What a delightful accommodation. Casa Oliveto is nestled in complete privacy, yet close to Camaiore itself. It's a beautifully renovated house, equipped with all the conveniences and a lovely garden full of olive trees (and a swimming pool). The view is amazing. Mauro, our host, is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue with the air conditioning. We would love to come back again!

Wir waren dort als Familie (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) für 12 Nächte. Unser Urlaub war super! Das Haus ist perfekt, die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Toller, ganz sauberer Zustand.Mauro ist jederzeit ansprechbar und superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas außerhalb auf dem Berg gelegen, ein Auto ist daher erforderlich. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Pizzeria sind es etwa 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit.

Idyllisches Haus mit schönem Garten

Der Garten des Hauses ist liebevoll gepflegt mit einigen Agaven, Oliven- sowie Zitronenbäumen und Palmen. Abgesehen vom Wetter, das uns leider einige Tage im Stich lies, war der Aufenthalt im Haus von Mauro wunderbar. Mauro stand stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, er gab auch zahlreiche Restaurant-Tipps.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Vielen Dank an Mauro für die unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Abwicklung. Das saubere und modern gestaltete Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Camaiore in einem großen und ruhigen Grundstück mit schöner Poolanlage. Im Ort findet man alles, was man für das leibliche Wohl benötigt. Für mich perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Radtouren.

Rundum-Wohlfühloase

Wunderschönes Haus/Garten

Wir verbrachten 8 entspannte Tage in Camaiore. Das Haus ist sehr schön, top ausgestattet und gemütlich. Absolutes Highlight ist der Garten mit Pool. Alles ist gepflegt, sauber und gut. In diesem Haus/Garten kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen, entspannen und die Zeit einfach geniessen. Es hat uns super gefallen!

Wunderschönes, frisch renoviertes Haus und toller Vermieter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, in einem frisch renovierten Haus mit tollem Pool. Das Grundstück ist groß und weitläufig mit schönen Olivenbäumen mit mehreren Hängematten. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Vermieter, Mauro, ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Grundstück und Klein aber Feine Unterkunft

Wir sind eine Gruppe junger Leute, Mitte 20. Das große Grundstück ist wunderschön. Der fast schon riesige Pool ist mit der Relax-Ecke das größte Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist etwas größer als wir es auf den Bildern erwartet hatten. Kochen ging super, vor allem weil gefühlt alle erdenklichen Kochutensilien schon vorhanden waren. und dank Klimaanlage war das Übernachten auch angenehm. Das Bad erfüllt auch seinen Zweck. Die Lage ist ziemlich abgelegen und auf einem Berg. Die Straße hoch zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng aber wir sind trotzdem immer ohne Probleme durchgekommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn es etwas zu Beanstanden gab, reagierte er immer sofort und machte uns dadurch den Aufenthalt angenehmer.

Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar, das Haus klein, aber sehr fein! Der Vermieter Mauro ist jederzeit erreichbar und war auch bei einem Missgeschick von uns (haben uns ausgesperrt) sofort erreichbar und unglaublich bemüht. In fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es zwei sehr gute Lokale (Katia und Monte di Rose). Volle Empfehlung von uns für das Objekt!!

Einfach wunderschön

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Camaiore verbracht. Das Haus ist relativ klein, aber dafür auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit fantastischem Pool gelegen. Bei Fragen und Problemen (bei uns ging das warme Wasser zunächst nicht), sofort und sehr freundlich Hilfe bekommen. Super empfehlenswert 👍

Wunderschöner Garten mit großem Pool

Zum Haus selbst gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Besonders die Klimaanlage weiß man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zu schätzen. Das Highlight ist definitiv die wunderbare Aussenanlage mit dem großen Pool und vielen schönen Plätzen zum verweilen. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, nur noch ein bisschen schöner! Casa Oliveto ist am Rand von Camaiore gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, beispielsweise nach Lucca, Pisa oder auch Florenz. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich auch die Candalla Wasserfälle, die ebenfalls einen Ausflug wert sind. Mauro, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und war stets erreichbar und hat bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Casa Oliveto ist absolut empfehlenswert!
