Bada Boom Shore House -LUX 3 BR 2 BR Family Rental - Stainless and Granite

The Bada Boom Shore House is 8 year Old Luxury 3 Bedroom and 2 Stone Bathroom - Family Rental. We are located 2.5 short beach blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk. This is a smoke -free and Pet free home. This is NOT a Party House. If you are looking for a nice well-appointed home for your family or friends - you have found us. My Wife and I live on the island and we take pride in our properties and want to share our love of Seaside with our guests. No Groups, No Proms must be 25 or up to book.

The House Includes the following – Reverse Living, with the Kitchen, Laundry, Dining room and Living Room with a 70 inch smart TV w cable & 5G WIFI on the Top Floor. Sleeping rooms are on the first level.

4 Beach Badges are included for adults over 12 Years old - under 12 Children are free on the Seaside Heights Beach, If any of the badges are lost during tenancy a $100.00 fee will be immediately charged. We do not accept any badges mailed to us and need to be available for the next family on their check in day.

The Kitchen:

Granite and Stainless Appliances and Stainless Washer and Dryer, Microwave, Drip Coffee Maker and Blender. Full set of cookware and Flatware and Dining Room that seats 6-8 Guests.

This Home is a short walk to all that Seaside has to offer, including the Water Park, Boardwalk and Beach Restaurants and Shops. We are 1.5 Blocks away from the Crabbing Pier on the Bay and 3 blocks from the Acme Supermarket and Spirits Liquor store.

Great girls weekend

To summit up, the experience was great! We had an amazing time close to shops food, and just a couple blocks from the beach. Guy gave amazing suggestions for us ladies to have a good time and enjoy the experience fully definitely recommend coming back again.

Stayed at Guy’s property in seaside for a girls weekend on Labor Day. We had a pleasant stay. Perfect amount of space and location to beach and boardwalk was excellent. Communication with Guy was very pleasant, he answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would stay here again!

The place was in a perfect location to the boardwalk and Tom's River where my Uncle lives. There was plenty of room. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The host called immediately when I had a problem opening the door. Allowing us to check-in early and offered us to take our time leaving since there was no one checking in that day.

Backyard home

The property manager, Mr Guy was someone who really cared about me and my family for our safety.What is more important than safety when we are out of our own home? The answer is: nothing more counts than that. Besides this, the house we had was newly renovated, everything was running very well, functional, so my family’s and I enjoyed our stay at the maximum level. Bada Boom House on the Jersey Shore

We were visiting family at the shore with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids (ages 7 and 3). The house was very nice overall; needs a few minor repairs that we made the owners aware of. It was very clean and the owners responded to us quickly. Location was perfect for kids, within walking distance to beach and boardwalk and in the other direction , we found a great playground/adult workout park that was even closer. The only complaint we had was that one of the beds was uncomfortable and needs replacement.

Great location, responsive host

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Bada Boom shore house. New Townhouse, well equipped. Seamless check-in process. The owner was very reachable, and ensured we enjoyed our stay. He gave us great restaurant recommendation, dropped off beach passes and was in communication with us throughout our stay. Comfortable beds and fully stacked kitchen. One negative comment is that while the place itself was cleaned well, the living room couches are badly stained and dirty and needs to be replaced. Place is 5 minutes walk from Seaside Heights beach, but we ended up driving to Seaside Park beach most days because we enjoyed that beach better. A bit out of the way of the crowds.

My Wife is a Dentist and i am in the Technology Industry, but have been coming to Seaside as a child and Love our slice of the Jersey Shore. We have keyless entry for easy check in and check out and we take pride in our Family friendly Clean Home and Property.

Why they chose this property

We lost these 2 homes during Hurricane Sandy, and it took us 4 years to rebuild them. These are Not Party Houses, but a Luxury Family Beach House with all expected features.

What makes this property unique

Great Quiet Location - close enough, but far enough away from the noise of the Boardwalk. Family Neighborhood and 2 car parking in driveway with free On Street parking


We include 4 Beach Badges - in Season, if lost they are $100 per.
