Beach front house on the beach, newly renovated, with marvelous view, 4 bedrooms and 2 suites plus maid's dependence, living room, dining room and kitchen, all without details. 4 bedrooms with TV and split new air conditioning. 2 king size beds in 2 suites, 1 queen plus 1 single and 1 queen in the last bedroom. New split air conditioning and LED TVs set in ALL rooms. Cable TV in the suites, Wifi throughout the house, landline. Freezer, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue (mobile in the house and fixed in the club).

Condominium and private beach, super well located 5 minutes from the pirates shopping and 8 minutes from the center of the city, reserved with only 20 homes well arranged, differentiated. Respectful neighborhood, security 24 hrs a day, ice maker, 2 car spaces may possibly take place for another.
Two clubs, the 1st with swimming pool, steam sauna, games (ping pong, geek and snooker). The 2nd with swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, wood oven and tennis court.
Pier for embarkation / disembarkation of boats. Optional -> Royal 26.5 foot diesel boat rental.
