Living Spaces
Your first impression will be one word. “Wow!” The elegant entryway offers a wonderful welcome, with a grandfather clock, side table, and convenient bench. As you venture down the front hall, the home immediately opens up with tall ceilings, lots of windows, and beautiful architectural details like rounded archways and pillars. Enter the first floor living room and you'll immediately feel at home. The wall of windows, a big stone two-sided fireplace, and loads of comfortable furnishings all feel like they're personally inviting you to let out a deep breath, sit down, and begin your vacation. Whether you choose to curl up on one of the armchairs with your book, or turn on the HDTV to stream your latest favorite, this room may well quickly become your go-to. On the other side of the stone fireplace is a screened porch, with plenty of cozy lounging and dining space. Here's the perfect spot for conversation, plans, and laughter. Maybe with a glass of wine in hand! While you can't top the main level living room, the ground level living room is definitely a tie. Down here, you can practically hear that sectional sofa calling you to sink right in and maybe even take an afternoon nap. A full wall of windows provides a birds-eye view of the wooded grounds and a game table for 4 is positioned perfectly in front of it. A large entertainment center offers plenty of that with books, DVDs, and another large HDTV. There's even a small refreshment area, with a Keurig and a microwave, for coffee and a snack as you nestle into the sofa to watch the newest “can't miss” movie. And don't forget the garage game room. Here you can challenge friends and family to a friendly game of ping pong, or stream a show on the TV.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The kitchen is, in a word, fabulous. It's enormous, with tons of storage and an angled breakfast bar that seats 4. The white beadboard cabinets are fresh, modern, and stylish. Other features here include stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, granite countertops, and brick-tiled backsplash. The family chef is going to love this kitchen! The whole group can gather around at the adjacent dining table to enjoy the chef's delectable creations together.

Bed & Bath
On the main level is a primary suite with king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, TV, private seating area and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. It's decorated in soothing shades of blue and features a private deck overlooking the wooded landscape. The kids' room is down the same hallways, with 2 sets of twin over twin built-in bunk beds on one side and 1 full over full on the other. The little ones are going to love it! A full bath with a tub/shower is just across the hall. The lower level is equipped with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy lazy days in the inground pool or lounging in one of the sun chairs. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors in the shade, a nearby gazebo has seating for four. It's a great place to read a few pages in your book or enjoy a conversation. In the cool evenings, enjoy a warm soak in the hot tub as the jets massage away any stress. Be sure to bring a glass of your favorite beverage as you gaze at the starry sky with all your favorite people.

~ The swimming pool and hot tub are typically open from Memorial Day Weekend through September, weather depending. If you are inquiring for specific dates around the opening or closing dates of the swimming pool and/or hot tub, please inquire with a reservationist for more information.
~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.
~ While this home does accommodate up to 14 guests, sleeping arrangements are ideal for groups of 6 adults w/8 children or up to 10 adults.
