The property, by far, was the nicest place that we have ever stayed. Everything was “over-the-top” and my Team had a fantastic weekend on our Team Retreat! We’d recommend it to everyone! Lots of space, Beds, Bathrooms, There were 23 of us total and plenty of room for privacy even! The kitchen is a Commercial type Kitchen for numerous Chefs to move around without bumping into each other. If there could be more than 5 stars…It'd be a Perfect 10.0! This was a great house for our family vacation. The grounds were great for family gathering and activities. The location is great for access to South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck. The kitchen in the main house is perfect for preparing and sharing meals. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The indoor pool worked perfectly for our family as well. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Nice place for our large family. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Kitchen was excellent for meals and has plenty of seating. Grrat communication with host.

Overall we had a great stay! It was the perfect size for our family vacation! The pool and kitchen were amazing. We would stay here again in the future! One thing to note is that you have to make your own beds when arrive. We’ve never run into that before. I understand there’s a short amount of time to clean that big of house between families, but perhaps another person could be hired to make the beds. It’s not a huge deal, but it was kind of inconvenient to have to make the beds as we were trying to go to sleep and not wake the little ones who were already asleep. There were a couple other little things that could be replaced/fixed: can openers (manual and electric), more toilet paper in the bathrooms (we ran out and had to buy more), old ping pong set, pool room toilet not flushing right. However despite these little inconveniences we did have a great time on our family vacation! Thank you for our stay :)

We booked this for a family vacation with a group of 20 and a Fur Baby. Our ages range from 56 years to 23 months, including a 12 year old with significant physical disabilities. From the moment of booking, Michael was quick to respond to all of my questions, and was especially helpful with guidance on wheelchair accessibility. The house was exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. He had firewood ready, extra toiletries, and a gift basket full of local treats waiting our arrival. The pool and hot tub were an instant favorite for our group. The kitchen... Is so nice, and fully stocked with large sized pots and pans for large group prep and dining. The exterior of the entire home is kind of shaped like a key, with the main house being 2 stories, , then pool and pool house is in the middle section, leading to the guest wing. The bedrooms in the guest wing are connected through a series of internal doors, but also each have their own external door, for ease of access and privacy. This was our first time ever visiting South Haven, and was not disappointed. The beaches are beautiful, the people are warm, friendly, and outgoing. We felt welcome from day #1. There's so many things to do for people of all ages. Honestly, the only issue we can report is the week went too fast!

This house was a great fit for our multi-family trip! We really enjoyed the big outdoor space, the huge kitchen and dining area to gather and play games, and of course the indoor pool and hot tub. Double ovens, microwaves and dishwashers were key for a big group and much appreciated. The communication was fantastic before and during our stay. We hope to return to this property again!

It had everything you would need. Kitchen was awesome. They need to check the floor in the dining area by the door going into the living room. There is a nail sticking out of the wood. Granddaughter cut her foot on it. Between the end of the table and the door. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a fantastic family weekend at this South Haven pool house. It is big and spacious. Family was able to spread out and had updated, fully accommodating house. Loved the big kitchen with double modern refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and coffee pots. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and towels. Everything was in great working order, allowing us to enjoy family and the home. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great rental. 4 adult couples with kids with many more rooms and beds to spare. Kitchen is very well-stocked with plates and untensils, multiple sinks and 2 dishwashers. Great island and counter space for food prep. Massive dining room table. Pool and hot tub area has washer/dryer and lounge area. Made managing wet bathing suits and towels a breeze.

We had a family gathering and it went very well. The pool and the outside play area kept the children busy. They especially enjoyed the pool. Being inside meant that regardless of the weather the pool was usable. The kitchen was very well equipped for feeding our family. The kitchen and dining area were another highlight of the house. We appreciated all the cooking utensils being available along with enough table settings and table space for the whole group. The house was very well suited for the size of our family. The house was nice, while not being so perfect that we couldn't relax. The consensus from the group was they would like to do this again next year renting the this house again. I would definitely recommend this rental.
