This beautiful home, nestled in a meadow between the beach and river on the Great Ocean Road , is unique. It is one minute's walk to the popular Kennett River beach, visible from the living areas. It has sweeping views of the Great Otway National Park. The fauna are abundant: koalas live in the neighbouring manna gum trees, birds in the bottlebrush (callistemon), kookaburras perch on the balustrade, kangaroos and ducks graze on the grasses, eagles in the sky.
The proximity of beach and river means you can partake in swimming, canoeing or surfing, explore rock pools. Should you prefer an activity closer to home, find a partner for a game of tennis on the public court beside the property. All of this at your doorstep - no driving!
The house is surrounded by reticulated lawns and open grassed areas. Sit on the decks and you may encounter kangaroos as they bound across the property at dusk. Genuinely an ambient delight and offered to holiday goers for the first time.
