Saint Claire Toninhas Apartment Ubatuba, we accept pets
Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, one suite, both with air conditioning and wardrobe. Large TV and dining room in open concept and air conditioned, gourmet balcony with barbecue, WiFi. Apartment for the personal use of the owner only renting for families. New building, with elevator, swimming pool, and two large parking spaces, one being covered. New furniture and mattresses, beautiful decor!
The suite has two single box beds (there is option for double bed joining the same) and an auxiliary bed, balcony and air conditioning. The other bedroom also has two single box beds (there is option for double bed joining the same) an auxiliary bed, air conditioning and window overlooking the sea.
Thermal Box available for use on the beaches. Kitchen with new utensils, microwave, duplex refrigerator etc.
