A Luxurious Beachfront Getaway

This private residence offers stylish interiors over multiple living and entertaining areas to accommodate up to 12 guests. Features include an open plan indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, multiple kitchens, separate self contained studio unit and separate games room with ping pong table and tv area.

This property comes with five star amenities fully equipped for relaxation and entertainment with 4 OLED TVs, high speed Wi-Fi, 4 bathrooms featuring body jets in three showers, heated flooring in wet areas and entertainers kitchen with indoor / outdoor living areas.

This luxury beach house is situated right in front of Blacksmiths Beach. With the beach only steps away, you can feel the sand between your toes whenever you like. You can open the windows to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves or simply enjoy the afternoon sea breeze flowing through the house. Relax on the private deck while watching the ever constant skydivers glide to the beach. Your stay can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish.

The beach house is designed to accommodate up to 10 -12 guests with 3 discreet sleeping and living zones. The main house is ideal for a family or two couples with two bedrooms with king size beds. One bedroom has it's own private deck, entrance and ensuite. Both king bedrooms come with LG Oled TV with access to Netflix and GooglePlay. An additional single room with two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed and also contains a cot. Additional bedding is available with a pull out sofa bed located in main lounge room to provide the main residence sleeping options for up to 8 guests.

A separate studio unit is attached to the main house sleeping up to two additional guests. With private entrance and full self contained facilities from the main house residence, this is perfect for in-laws or a getaway with friends. The studio unit has its own bathroom, kitchen, TV, air-conditioning, dishwasher, fridge and outdoor patio.

There is also a separate Games Room where you can relax and watch the 85 inch TV with the latest movies available via GooglePlay or scroll through Netflix or even play a game of ping pong. This separate space is perfect for later in the night when others in the house may be sleeping. This space also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, two king single pull out sofa beds, kitchen and laundry facilities with air conditioning for all year round comfort.

Also enjoy a barbecue with the built in outdoor kitchen facilities and the outdoor dining area which makes for a very relaxing dining experience. Wifi is available throughout the property and off street parking for 4 cars is conveniently available at front entrance.

This fully equipped lifestyle property is only 1.5 hours from Sydney, 1 hour to Hunter Valley wineries and 20 mins to reach heart of Newcastle town centre making it a great location to attend local events and explore the region. This property has been designed to cater for multiple guest scenarios to provide you the freedom to tailor your getaway experience.

We stayed here for our family Christmas holiday and absolutely loved it. The place is amazing and truly an entertainer’s delight, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped with quality ovens, fridges, appliances and every piece of kitchenware you could possibly need.The layout is perfect: central living areas, a great BBQ and pergola space, plus separate living areas and facilities that made it easy to cater for both kids and adults.The location is also fantastic, a beautiful beach right across the road, and only a short drive to shops and clubs, with easy access to major shopping centres too. We would 100% stay again and it is definitely on our list for a return visit.

Best Christmas holiday house

Wonderful stay, couldn’t ask for anything more. House fully equipped with so much entertainment and plenty of room for everyone!!! Not to mention the beach just a short stroll away!!! The locals are super friendly. The adults were well rested and the kids were entertained every second.. the only trouble was deciding what to eat or drink for the day.. we have made lovely new 2023 Christmas memories, Thank you Jon and Gabrielle.

Luxurious, convenient and relaxing stay

We visited for the State nippers titles and our stay was a pleasant surprise. The house had Top of the range appliances which made our stay extra comfortable. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for the amount of people staying (10) and everyone seemed to have their own space which was great. The convenience of being opposite the beach was great and an outside shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a lovely way to finish off an ocean swim. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you to Jon and Gabrielle we will definitely be booking again next year!

Perfect Place to Getaway

Jon and Gabrielle were amazing hosts with a very beautiful property!We were a group of 10 adults going for our annual getaway. Jon had great communication every step of the way and checking in and out was very simple. Place was very well stocked and I cannot speak any more highly of how accomodating and homey this place was. Jon provided recommendations and history of the area which we really appreciated and followed some of the activities which we thoroughly enjoyed including a day trip to Hunter Valley. Thank you so much Jon and Gabrielle for the opportunity to let us call this beautiful place home for a little bit. The group is already speaking about booking for next year's trip!

Everything had been thought of. Big rooms, plenty of space for our 2 families. Gorgeous decor, right across from the beach. The only disappointment was that we needed to live out of our suitcases as there was no storage / cupboards/ hanging space in all bedrooms apart from bed 1.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We stayed at Jon and Gabrielle's property for our annual friends and family Christmas get together and could not have had a better time. The property is clean and well equipped to prepare a Christmas meal for all, with so many separate spots for everyone to hang out at. We'll be back next year at Christmas again!

Greatest parents and kids retreat

The property is fantastic and the location works summer or winter. Summer you can take advatage of the beach and water activities and in winter enjoy the fantastic facilities at the home. The kids could not believe the games retreat out the back and were so disappointed when it was time to head home. Jon is a fantastic host and provided fantastic information before the stay to help with planning some things to do

Brilliant Family Gem

The photos look good but the place is even better! Spacious, well kept and immaculately presented. Hosts, Jon & Gabrielle, provided many extra touches to make us feel welcome and at home. Weather-wise, it could have been a miserable weekend, with non-stop rain, and flooding, but the house more than made up for it and we had a great family get together. Cannot wait to get back!

we came for our annual trip to State Championships and what an amazing stay it was! The house was perfectly located, incredibly clean, and i have never stayed in better supplied accommodation. Owners really have their guests in mind. Even the neighbours are nice, next door neighbour gave our children bunch of home grown bananas! Beautiful, comfortable stay! I wish all Stayz houses are like this! Loved it and hope to be back!
