This fantastic property is conveniently located near beach access and a boat ramp. With a well-equipped kitchen and cozy common areas. I particularly enjoyed having the golf cart to easily commute to the beach and other nearby attractions. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and always reachable.

Marc was a fantastic and communicative host. He always provided help or answers if I needed. The house itself is great, especially if you have a boat. It was especially hot during our stay and we loved that the kids could play in the pool protected from the sun. The golf cart made getting to the beach easy. Lots of books and toys to stay occupied if bad weather (or just hot!). Everything was clean and as described. We hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great place for a boat and family

Very nice place. Owner is wonderful to work with. Nice dock that you can leave your boat in the water through high/low tide. Very much recommend.

The house was perfect for my family. We found everything to be as listing. The house was clean, spacious, and well stock with everything we needed. The golf card was a big plus. We all enjoyed riding around the island on it. Check in process was simple. The host always got back with me in a timely fashion with any questions I had before our stay. We look forward to our next family vacation at this property.

Family Vacay - Spring 23’

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Convenient to beach access and supplied golf cart made it easy to get back n forth. Tons of toys, books, and games for children and adults for entertainment within the house. Communication with owner was perfect.

Family celebration

We were down for our daughter’s wedding, so to say the least it was a very busy weekend, but Marc was so helpful and easy to deal with it made the trip enjoyable. The home was incredible and was so comfortable. Was able to have moments of peace and calm and just enjoy the moments with memories and family.

Plenty of room!

We all had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The ping pong table in the downstairs was utilized as well as the pool and the kayaks! It was nice to have the golf cart to transport people back to the house for bathroom breaks from the beach.

Best Beach house We ever Stay

It is great for family specially now with the situation. When the beach get a bit crowded we stayed at the house and the kids enjoy the pool. The owner Marc is very easy to reach and he respond right away. We really have a good time. I will refer this place with my friends.

Family Vacation

The property is very nice and supplied with plenty of beach accessories. The pool is a huge bonus to have and is partly shaded. Nice kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Marc was very responsive and eager to assist if needed. We recommend this property to any family.

Great trip!

Beautiful property. Exactly as listed. We went for a family trip and everyone had plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked: we were able to cook breakfast each day we were there and dinner one night. Ping pong table and pool were beloved by our kiddos. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

perfect long weekend getaway

wonderful space with lots to do. well furnished kitchen. we could walk or ride golf cart to the beach and shops/restaurants and our teenage daughters had so much fun. it was cool and breezy on the beach but the backyard also provided a great place for us to sunbathe and look at the canal. the kids loved having access to ping pong. marc was great to work with and we highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place for a relaxing weekend

I didn't want to go back home! Very nice to walk out your door and look out over the water. And all the toys that were included were so helpful. I tried to use them all! We will be back.
