The Exuma Outpost is a newly developed, multi-unit, beachfront resort rental.

With over 4000 square feet of living space, it can accommodate up to 12 guests in three connected, but separable units.

It is fully air conditioned, with all of the amenities.

Part of the Bahamas, the Exuma Archipelago lies 200 miles south of Miami.

We are located on the dreamy island of Little Exuma, a mere bridge ride from Grand Exuma and George Town, with its airport, marina, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

This incomparable resort rental is nestled along a secluded cove with calm, Tiffany blue water and endless white powder sands. The pristine beach extends all the way to the legendary Tropic of Cancer Beach.

This is a one-of-a-kind, versatile, multi-unit property that brings big families or large groups of friends together. A creative space for people to connect, or to reconnect with each other, to celebrate the moment, or to make plans for the future.

As members of the arts and entertainment community, we created the Outposts with the discriminating tastes of guests from the world of arts and entertainment in mind. Our many celebrity clients enjoy the judicious privacy and unpretentious simplicity of this place.

Surrounded by palm trees and nestled in tropical green, all three structures look out at the ocean on one side, while embracing the luxurious tropical rain pool at their center.

The Main House, in the middle, features a master King bedroom suite with ocean view, and a loft with two large size junior beds. The ballroom-scale Grand Salon with its state of the art entertainment center, flows into the large dining area. A modern, open plan chef’s kitchen can provide for large festivities or accommodate gourmet cooking seminars.

The two side-wings are identical. Each has a spacious, master king bedroom, facing the ocean and a double twin bedroom, overlooking the pool.

All bedrooms come with an individual bathroom and their own private decks. They are separated by a kitchen at the center of each wing.

The unique atrium configuration boasts generous outdoor living and ample hard wood deck space with plenty of shade all around the house and the tropical pool at its center.

For large Barbecues and events, there are also free standing gazebo structures with banquet size tables under lush pergolas adjacent to outdoor fireplaces, a rustic grill station, and a traditional Bahamian river rock oven.

This versatile, triptych layout can accommodate a variety of needs. The side wings can be integrated with the main house via connecting doors or they can be individually separated to provide privacy. Folding doors open up to all sides of the house offering ocean, garden, and pool views.

During prime season, the Outpost rents in its entirety, while the side the wings can be individually arranged for during spring or fall.

If you require more capacity, additional luxury beachfront rental homes are available within easy walking distance from the Villa.

The Outpost Bespoke Team will customize your Bahamian experience at your request.

Whatever you need for a pleasant stay, we make all the necessary arrangements. From laundry to catering, activities to personal services, our team knows the Islands intimately.

No white gloves required - this is a friendly family island and you will enjoy the informal and personal atmosphere of our Bahamian friends and ”curators.”

If you wish, we will stock the fridge, wine rack or pantry, pick you up at the airport or help you get a rental car so that you hit the ground running. We can also arrange garage space for your rental car.

Are you into water pursuits? Our team can arrange boat rental to go fishing, diving or if you want to visit neighboring islands and make friends with Exuma’s renowned swimming pigs.

Try paddle boarding, learn scuba diving or take sailing lessons. If that’s what you enjoy, we put you in touch with the best people around and get you the necessary gear.

We can organize a complete spa treatment, mani/pedi, yoga, massage, whatever you desire, and if you require a nanny or babysitter, we pre-screened and assembled reliable and caring people.

Let us know if you want a personal chef or a great caterer for special events– royal weddings, military parades, parties, seminars, or just a romantic intimate dinner. We will be there for you to organize those celebrations.

Our stay at Exuma Outpost was amazing. The house was perfect for the nine of us. The living space was so much larger than what it looked like in the pictures. We had so much fun with puzzles, games and delicious meals! The outdoor living space was the perfect setting for breakfast, lunch and more games. With a quick walk to the water, we were able to enjoy every minute of it. Sharell did an excellent job in helping us to arrange meals, food pick up and when we called her, she always responded. That was very much appreciated. We had a wonderful week at an amazing location. We would highly recommend The Exuma Outpost! Thank you!

Incredible place

We rented the Outpost to for my husband's birthday, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate. We were a group of 10 adults and the house and outdoor space fit us all easily, with room to spare. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are gorgeous. The view from the deck is incomparable! Steps lead from the house to the most gorgeous private beach, where one can spend all day in the sand and ocean. The Outpost is magical.

Celebration of Dad’s 70th with 8-member family. A very spacious and spectacular tropical island retreat with its own beautiful beaches. Our host was spectacular and helped make it a special occasion. She arranged for our rental van which was needed to load up on provisions from well stocked grocery stores in Georgetown. We had 2 catered dinners which were amazingly delicious. Needless to say, we didn’t venture out far from the property since the surrounding area was so special.

I don’t know where to begin but I can say this was memorable, serene, magical and hands down the best location we have ever stayed! Onike, her staff and the accommodations were out of this world. Personable, elegant and rustic all in the same breath. The food and drink accommodations were perfect for my wife’s 50th birthday, and she even sourced gluten free for one of our friends for the entire stay! The local cuisine was intimate, and perfect for everyone. Thanks Again! We miss you guys already!

Amazing beachfront property!

Amazing beachfront property ~40min drive from the airport. The beach was spectacular - beautiful sand, very few neighbors, and some good snorkeling along the rocks. Everyone in our group had am amazing time & really enjoyed the property. Beware of the biting no-see-ums first thing in the morning and in the evening, along with the mosquitos. A few minor issues, but nothing major. Ice maker was not working, but host provided bags of ice. Garbage disposal did not work. The temp range of some of the showers was limited to mostly hot or mostly cold. Overall great property & would definitely stay again!

A true gem!

The Outpost is a truly remarkable place and as other reviewers have noted- it’s well appointed and very fun to explore. The beach area is breathtaking- you have it all to yourself basically. The rooms are all super comfortable and as advertised. I love the water jugs they provided. Onike’, the property manager, was so helpful. She helped with groceries on our arrival and was always connecting us with the right locals for our adventures. We went bone fishing a few times, rented a boat for a few days and took an all day harbor tour. Onike’ also help us find a private chef which we used three nights. The food was authentic and amazing. If you come here, check out Chef Ann at Turtles bar and grill. I highly recommend the Outpost. Major hats off to Onike’. A vacation to remember hands down.

This beautifully appointed home is a true gem, offering every comfort, luxury and world class service you could hope for during a vacation in the beautiful Exumas in the Bahamas. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design of the property. It is open. bright and inviting. The kitchen was a true dream — perfectly equipped for preparing meals big or small. The dining options were equally impressive, from the elegant indoor dining space to the outdoor areas where we could savor meals with a million dollar view. The various living spaces were cozy and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. The bedrooms were a haven of relaxation, with incredibly comfortable bedding and high-quality linens that made every night’s sleep a delight. We were a party of 12 - with 6 adults and 6 children - and had plenty of sleeping options that met all of our needs. The Forbes Hill location is truly unbeatable. Every window and door framed a breathtaking view—whether it was the turquoise ocean, the lush greenery, or neighboring islands in the distance. It felt like paradise at every turn. While the beach is shared by surrounding homes, it often felt that it was our own private beach. The property offers no shortage of activities. We loved lounging by the pool, kayaking along the coastline, relaxing in the treehouse, and soaking up the sun in many deck and beach chairs.

Heaven on earth

My fiancé and i decided to bring our kids to our favorite island to show them how magical Exuma and its people are, as it was the perfect place for us to get married! This home is so perfectly designed with every little thought one could have, covered! The bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms, there are 2 wings of the house, so it is nice to be able to separate everyone in their own rooms for some quiet down time, and during nighttime. The kitchen and Livingroom are the center of the home and are perfect for large groups of people to comfortably fit, enjoy, and relax. They are both surrounded by glass doors, so your views are of the most beautiful Exuma waters, which is quite majestic to wake up to daily! The home is beautifully decorated with tasteful and high quality everything, from the Crate & Barrell dishes to the fluffy bath towels and more! Words cannot describe how special this home is, you have to see it in person, you will feel surreal the entire time I assure you! As if things could not be more amazing Onike the onsite manager is so kind, so responsive, and she will go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of! From the very beginning, everything was top-notch. They secured us a fantastic deal on a van rental, making exploring the island a breeze. Booking tours was a breeze, and everything ran smoothly – no stress, just pure vacation vibes. Upon arrival, the check-in process was effortless. The house itself was absolutely stunning, exceeding all our expectations. Breathtaking views, direct beach access – it was pure paradise. But the true gem was the catering service by Exuma Naturally. We booked them for four nights, and each evening was a culinary delight. Every three-course meal was worthy of a five-star restaurant, with fresh, local ingredients and mouthwatering flavors. The best part? They left us with plenty of leftovers for delicious lunches by the beach, minimizing any need for additional cooking. Plus, the team kept the kitchen spotless after every service – a true luxury! Speaking of luxury, let's talk about LaTroy, the phenomenal bartender Exuma Naturally arranged for us. His skills were top-shelf! He whipped up an impressive array of cocktails, from refreshing mojitos perfect for those hot Bahamian days to classic margaritas and everything in between. If you’re looking for a tranquil beachfront getaway this is the perfect house, the reason why this is our second stay here, The first thing you see is an amazing tropical like setting that surrounds the pool. The pool being in the front of the house with the lush plantings offers a refreshing respite from the hot afternoon sun. As you enter the house you’re immediately struck by the airy floor plan that blends the indoors with the outdoors.Your eyes are drawn to the beautiful sparkling blues of the Exuma waters through the French doors. You step outside to a refreshing breeze and the soothing sound of the waves.My family constantly commenting how beautiful the color of the water is. We spent our days in the crystal clear water swimming, snorkeling, and exploring the secluded beach that felt like our own private paradise. We were so content we didn’t feel the desire to go anywhere. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with top of the line appliances, ample counter space, and a spacious island for casual dining. There’s also a large table we gathered at often for meals with space for all 10 of us. The home is designed in a way that even with ten of us,( including a toddler just under two and a seven year old) if you wanted or needed peace and quiet, you will find it. Oniké the property manager is a dream to work with and will do anything in her power to make your stay perfect. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and longing to return again as soon as possible!!!

Paradise in Paradise

This is the third time we have visited Exuma and we have seen the Outpost before and thought was very unique. there is a very cool and artistic feel of the Outpost from the color coded books to the amazing bluetooth speaker in the living area. the living space was perfect it was so comfortable inside and out. We were 10 people and we had so much space. the kitchen counter top was so big you we have phenomenal chefs preparing an amazing surf and turf meal for us while others were eating lunch at the same time. The deck is amazing and special because there is no other house with a deck in that community that is so close to the water. You feel the waves crashing up against the rocks that are so close to you. The place was well-cleaned with nothing remarkable. Check-in was smooth and in fact we were able to check in early. It felt as if Onike would do anything we asked. She was so flexible and accommodating. She was very descriptive in her responses not leaving out any details and she also responded rapidly. It was as if she was waiting for us to ask her a question. This location (forbes hill and this specific beach) is totally underrated. It feels so private and the water is amazing. It was very calm and such a beautiful sunrise and sunset. We even had a boat pick us up for an excursion right from that beach. My only suggestions are would be for them to obtain a generator for the rare times there might be a loss of electricity. Lastly, the Outpost provides fresh water jugs (more than enough for the entire time of our stay with 10 people). this is helpful because the tap water is completely palatable but has a salty taste to it.

First Exuma Visit

We had a great time visiting exuma for the first time. Tropical storm Nicole made it hard to do the activities that we had planned ... but that couldn't have been helped. We hope to come back in the future and have calmer seas. The house was a great place to enjoy.

All fine except: no blinds in bead rooms, no water glasses, no wine gases, hammocks torn, ice maker broken, internet poor, no shower soap nor shampoo / conditioner. Could use a little TLC!!
