Kailani Beach House, a beautifully presented coastal home overlooking Jervis Bay

Minutes walk to Blenheim Beach, Vincentia and the White Sands Walking Trail. Located very close to Booderee National Park, Hyams Beach, Scribbly Gum Forests and the bustling Huskisson. The house has undergone a full-scale quality renovation and utilises amazing north-facing aspects, large living and entertaining areas and 180 degree views.

The house features high quality, brand new furniture set within the perfect floor plan for entertaining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two decks to soak up the sun throughout the day and ample entertaining space.
There is four bedrooms and two bathrooms located downstairs, and the master bedroom and ensuite plus entertaining areas located upstairs.

Kitchen: The open plan dining and kitchen features modern appliances, a servery out to the front deck area and ample cupboard space.

Dining: The inside dining area features a gorgeous Tasmanian Oak table, seating 8. Alternatively soak up the 180 degree views from the large back deck and enjoy the alfresco dining area which seats 10.

Lounge: The lounge features two ultra comfortable couches plus chase. There is ample space for family or entertaining plus a large screen TV. Also includes Foxtel sports subscription.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom upstairs which features an ensuite and large windows. Three bedrooms downstairs which all include windows looking out into the lush green garden. The fifth bedroom also acts as a rumpus room, featuring a very comfortable sofa bed, large screen TV and sliding door access into the garden.

Bathrooms: Enjoy the luxury of the main bathroom or utilise the fully equipped ensuites partnering two of the other bedrooms.

Fabulous house with stunning ocean views from the very generous balcony.

The property is very well appointed and a great layout for small or larger family groups, Jess (the host) is very helpful. Highly recommend!
