3 bed house with private enclosed garden and play area, 10 min from Dinan

Set in a beautiful private and enclosed garden, our villa is situated in the countryside close to the town of Evran in Brittany.

There is something for everyone here - for those seeking peace in the countryside there are opportunities for country walks around the pretty lanes that surround the villa or alongside the canal that runs through the beautiful town only a short distance away.

For families there are plenty of distractions for the children as the villa has a play area, with slide, swings, towers and bridges in the garden and the accommodation is child as well as adult-friendly.

The medieval town of Dinan and the port of Saint Malo are only a short drive away. For beach lovers some of the finest beaches are 30 min away.

The gite provides spacious, well-appointed accommodation for up to 6 people.

Great care has been taken to make the house comfortable and the French charm and character combine with modern kitchen and shower room facilities.

The ground floor consists of a light and airy lounge/dining room with patio doors into the terrace and garden with SAT/TV and DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts appliances including a dishwasher, induction hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and fridge with a freezer compartment plus washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is a toilet and shower room.
The first floor has 3 large bedrooms which can be arranged to fit your requirements, whether it be three double beds, six single beds, or any combination in-between, the choice is yours.

Everything has been carefully thought out to accommodate safely and comfortably our little guests, babies, toddlers and young children:

You can relax in the sun loungers whilst your children are playing safely in the enclosed garden. Swings, slide, climbing frame with towers and bridges, swing ball, rackets, boule pitch, etc., will keep them amused.

Being in the countryside you won’t have to go too far to see farm animals: cows, sheep, horses, donkeys, chickens, cockerels, etc. Unlimited Wifi is available in the gîte at no extra cost. Teenagers will be able to catch up with their friends or play games online.

For the evening, we have a wide choice of books and games (Cluedo, Scrabble, Chess, Draughts, Snakes and Ladders, Dominoes, Stumblin’blocks, Monopoly, etc) to keep the whole family entertained.
For winter stays central heating ensures a warm and cosy stay.

Bed linen are included for bookings of minimum 5 nights.
