This home backs onto the beach reserve and is a short level walk to beach access at Middle Rock. Great undercover outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and in-ground plunge pool. Well appointed with new furnishings throughout and large kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Extra shower and toilet.TV & DVD, CD Player.

Sleeps 8. 2 Queen beds, 2 Singles + 2 trundles. Single lock-up garage. Gas BBQ. Please note the beach is only patrolled during summer & school holiday periods and the backyard is not completely fenced in.

Great spot great house

Fantastic family home pool is perfect size for cooling off . We stayed during a heat wave and missed our air con but clearly we need to toughen up😁. The beach access is amazing.

Great location, pool was fabulous, sound of the ocean was amazing. . Great beach to walk on.

Great house with 2 lounge rooms, outdoor undercover area was fabulous next to the pool, giving extra room for 2 families. Definitely needed the fans on in house. House was really clean.

Extremly impressed with this property, the photos do no justice for it. It was very big compared to photos, with 2 living areas, a large kitchen and great outdoor area. Wifi was great as there isnt much reception in the region. There was a walking trail directly behind the property to the beach. The sound of the waves and the birds chirping made it very relaxing. The pool was amazing. The bathrooms were great. 10 out 10 recommend.

Amazing location

The property is located on a really nice street and only a short walk from a beautiful beach. The house itself is very basic and apart from the new bathroom, is in need of an update. The property is not wheelchair accessible. One of our party is wheelchair dependant and we had to source a makeshift ramp after arrival to allow her access.T

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room of all 8 of us. The pool was lovely to cool off in. Very close to the shops and tavern (which had lovely meals). We will be coming back!!

Perfect for family stay

V Good place for a family to holiday the property was good and clean as we expected friendly neighbours good and queit location close to shops swimming and fishing options even though there was a few missing things like internet and an aircon. I will be booking this property in the future when I have chance.

Property needs maintenance

We've stayed here multiple times in the past and love the location . Unfortunately the property needs maintenance . Pool wansnt clean on arrival . Also there was loose pavers around the pool causing a hazard to children , the tv wasn't working, bbq gas was empty , dishwasher was leaking , outdoor lights not working , bedroom blinds not working . Power points making sparking noises. Honestly we would love to go back because the location is amazing however without regular and much needed repairs we won't we returning .

Great but could have been better

No massive issues, mostly all was as expected. Small issues like: No Gas for BBQ - called and they said it would be organised but wasn’t done before we left. Tiles missing from wall in second shower - we didn’t use it so as not to damage the wall... agent was stand offish like “How did that happen” - it was like it when we arrived. Overall good value.... Ps Please spray the bindi’s in the back lawn...ouch

Great location!

This house is in a great location for supermarket, beach and walking. A short drive to Port Macquarie or Laurieton, Camden Haven. Comfortable house with outdoor space. Beware small children and the outdoor steps, they are steep with a railing only on one side, but that is only a minor thing!

Large accommodating house in the best location

This is our second stay at Middlerock Retreat . Such a great location for our family to relax at. Rooms are large as well as living areas . Relax at the entertaining area next to the pool whilst listening to the waves crashing on the beach directly behind the property. The kitchen has everything you need and there is even a spa bath in the bathroom. We will definately be coming back for a third visit. Belinda Jones and Family
