Note 1: The property is equipped with bedding sets, bath towels, cooking gas, a water filter, and cleaning supplies for the duration of the rental.

Note 2: There are two completely separate houses on the same property. In the backyard of the house next door, there are two Boxer dogs. They are docile, calm, and do not bite. They do not have access to the rental property. There are no shared spaces between the houses, as there is a wall dividing the properties and a closed fence at the back, as can be seen in the photos in the listing.
