Casa Serenidad is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom, two story villa, set on 1 acre of tropical rainforest is conveniently located in the desirable Valle Pura Vida neighborhood. The property sits on a hill overlooking the lush canopy that provides refreshing breezes and a slice of ocean views, it is private and intimate surrounded by the rainforest and its wildlife. The gorgeous jungle setting is just minutes off of the main road to Manuel Antonio, only 10 minutes from Quepos Airport and 5 minutes to the beach at the Manuel Antonio National Park.

- Kitchen – fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances.
- Living/Dining - Light, airy, spacious floor plan with large glass doors that open fully to a large deck and infinity pool. The dining table accommodates up to 6 people and two more at the kitchen countertop. Comfortable queen size sleeper-sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, etc.
- ½ bath – located near the front door

Master suite:
- Very private spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, lounge area, TV, and closets.
- Master bathroom is equipped with a large double-vanity, spacious shower, and jetted bathtub.

Laundry room:
- Accessible by the cleaning personnel who provide laundry services to quests on request

Deck area:
- The deck has 2 outdoor dining tables that accommodates a total of 10 people.
- Two comfortable sun lounges
- Loveseat and two armchairs

- 3 additional bedrooms, all equipped with queen size beds, nightstands, A/C units, fans, and light fixtures
- Bedroom 2 – queen size bed, closet, chairs, a desk, door leading to the balcony
- Bedroom 3 – queen size bed, closet, a chair, closet, futon, glass door leading to the balcony
- Bedroom 4 – queen size bed, shelving unit, a large window with a view of a jungle
Second floor bathroom – spacious, with a double-sink vanity, shower and toilet.
