Villa Connie is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property on a direct gulf access canal (only 9 minutes, .7 miles to the river!) with an electric-heated pool. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (cats are not allowed) Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Please note that the boat lift is NOT available for guest use.

Spring break 2021-Post Covid-19

Our family stayed at the Cape Coral house and thoroughly enjoyed it! Needless to say, we were able to get tons of beach time and sun. We shopped locally and cooked out on the outside patio grill. When we were at the house the kids enjoyed the pool and the back dock area. The location was easy to get to stores and local food (Twisted Lobster) was casual and friendly. We headed home tan and happy! The staff and management provided excellent communication. Def would do again!

This home is very spacious and comfortable. Also it is a quiet neighborhood. It was clean. Had extra outside toys for the pool in the garage along with two bikes which the kids enjoyed.

Wonderful time at Villa Connie!

We had a such a great time at this house! There was plenty of space, the neighborhood was great for walking and biking. The pool was wonderful. A great summer getaway in the middle of winter.

Nice location close to restaurants. Easy water access and great for brining the family.

It was very easy to rent and good communication with the property manager. A few issues where quickly taken care of and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the much needed get away!

Quiet neighborhood

During this time of our stay our only complaint was getting the code to the key box. We had to go to the rental company to get one. Also, they gave us two extra rolls of toilet paper - it is impossible to buy more at stores during these special times. They should have thought of that. We told the manager when they called to check on us and never offered any help with that situation.

As you know, there has been a large shortage of supplies such as these due to the virus. We stock all of our homes with one new roll per bathroom, but, unfortunately, were unable to stock any more as we have limited supplies for all our guests as well. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.
