Enjoy this exclusive and private property in a private beach. My Place is right in front of the beach with beautiful sunsets and warm sandy beaches off your doorstep. Relax in our lounge pool and walk for miles on end in the sandy beaches...

This 4 bedroom house has 3 bathrooms, all with air conditioners. Three different eating areas where you can enjoy your meals.
WIFI, cable tv, hair dryer, safety deposit box, double locks in all bedrooms.
You will enjoy sitting infront of the house in your own private porch overlooking the ocean and hearing the sound of the waves. In the afternoon, enjoy a glass of wine on the sand watching the sunset over the water. Morning walks on the beach, horseback riding and more...

You are the owner of the whole house while you are there. The kitchen is completely equipped with full size refrigerator, microvawe, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker. We have pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, everything you would need for your stay.
Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Check your contract to see if a Full time maid service is included, she cleans and can cook. Pool maintenance and green area cleaning is included twice a day. A night security guard is also common in this area and is also included in the price.
If anything goes wrong within your stay, we have a full maintenance staff that can repair whatever needs to be solved.
The house is maintained very clean and neat, our staff will make sure you have a wonderful stay there.

The main town is a 20 minute walk on the beach or a 7 minute car ride. They have restaurants and small stores where you can buy things to eat, fresh fish, etc.
They also have a Catholic Church in town
Motorcycle rentals and horse rentals are available upon request to our maintenance guy for an extra fee. Bon fires are also available upon an extra fee.
Please make sure there are a maximum of 12 people including children older than 1. 3 more people can be added for an extra fee inquire. No More than that.
Check your final agreement about energy usage, one night stays include 55kw two nights or more do not include electricity and will be paid at US $0.60 each.

Place is amazing, the staff is incredible! You need something Marlon will get it, Kenia is a gem! She will go out of her way to help you! I can keeep going on and on about the place but it’ll be your decision! Hands down when we are back in Nicaragua, and decide to take a vacay to pochomil we will make sure we get this place again!!!!!!!!!

Spectacular Vacation

Location, location location! This spectacular vacation home nestled steps from the beach was simply glorious. We watched gorgeous sunsets poolside, with the ocean's soothing cadence in the background. The house itself is clean, spacious, and accommodating. The nearby restaurant district situated on the beach, will serve you fresh caught fish or lobster at your ocean view table. The staff at the house were excellent!!! The home cooking was delicious and their helpfulness new no bounds. If you like to fish, bring a pole and fish off of the beach. My son cast his pole in just three times and caught a monster with a swim lure! horseback riding and ATV rentals are also readily available.

Estadía Familiar fin de año 2020

El lugar fue maravilloso para el viaje familiar de fin de año, la casa es espaciosa y muy cómoda, no tuvimos ningún problema con la reserva ni en la propiedad, la cocina muy bien equipada y la piscina no es especialmente grande pero con el tamaño adecuado para disfrutarla.

Excelente ubicación

Esta propiedad es muy cómoda y se disfruta muchísimo de la parte exterior por su ubicación frente al mar. La piscina algo pequeña pero suficiente para pasar una amena velada. El personal que atiende es muy amable. Se las recomiendo
