On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed with an extra bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom on the ground floor is a spacious living and kitchen area. The apartment has a separate courtyard with parking space, cozy courtyard terrace with barbecue and garden area.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche an der Ostsee genossen. Die Unterkunft ist angenehm ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Ein toller Rückzugsort nach einem gelungenen Ausflugstages. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett, und haben uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps weiterhelfen können. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen wieder!

Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns dort sofort wie zu Hause. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Grillen und Relaxen ein.

Sehr erholsam

Das Bootshaus ist wunderschön. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Herrn und Frau Gellendin und nette Gespräche rundeten das ganze noch ab. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Gemütlich

Die Anreise war perfekt, da im Vorfeld schon wichtige Dinge per Handy geklärt werden konnten. Die Gastgeber hatten dann auch noch ein paar Tipps zur Gestaltung der Tage und waren immer ansprechbar, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Der Klön zum Thema Boot war auch sehr anregend, denn es war und ist ja ein Bootshaus.

Wenn man sich im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlt ....

.... ist man im Bootshaus Usedom bei Ute und Eckhard Gellendin. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen, haben uns von Anfang an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus und der Garten, mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und Grill, sind mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Unsere Fahrräder waren sicher im Schuppen geparkt. Für unseren ersten Urlaub auf Usedom hätten wir uns keine bessere Unterkunft aussuchen können. Lieben Dank nochmal für alles!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Den Vermietern Fam. Gellendin ein herzliches Dankeschön. Sie sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Das Ferienhaus bietet weiterhin Klasse und sichere Einstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Absolute Empfehlung

Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir hatten mit unserem Sohn eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern im Vorfeld war vorbildlich. Ebenfalls konnten Absprachen wie z.B. Babybett und Babystuhl problemlos durchgeführt werden. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft wurden uns Freizeit Tipps für unseren Urlaub bzw. Restaurantbesuche mitgeteilt. Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen und wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen!!

Winter auf Usedom

Herrliche Tage auf Usedom liegen hinter uns. Wir hatten Sonne, Wolken und viel Wind - keinen Regentag ! - eine gemütliche Unterkunft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant vor Ort. Überall sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen - wir kommen wieder. Das nächste Mal im Spätsommer, damit wir das Meer und den Strand kennenlernen dürfen.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Bootshaus sehr genossen. Schönes Feriedomizil mit Liebe zum Detail. Besonders den Freisitz mit Grill fanden wir toll. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, dass selber Kochen kein Problem war. Nette Vermieter denen es wichtig ist, dass sich der Gast wohl fühlt! Gerne wieder :-)

Traumurlaub auf Usedom

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Bootshaus. Es stimmte einfach alles. Die tolle Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses, traumhafte Radtouren bei super schönem Wetter und nette Gespräche mit Familie Gellendin machten den Urlaub für uns zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub im Bootshaus

Wir haben uns im Bootshaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Guter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Das Bootshaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir empfehlen das Bootshaus gerne weiter.

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus benötigt. P.s.die Badewanne war ideal für kalte Wintertage. Wir waren im Winter 2022 dort. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Der Strand zu empfehlen. Die frische Brise hilft dabei den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Hülle und Fülle und von Karlshagen aus ist alles gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. (Peenemünde, Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Grenzmarkt Polen, Erdbeerhof und vieles mehr.) Wir hatten vier sehr schöne ausgefüllte Tage. Eine schöne Zeit um auch das ganze Coronagedöns mal hinter sich zu lassen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief reibungslos. Daumen hoch, gerne wieder 👍 🍀

Es war sehr schön hier....

Die Ferienwohnung im Bootshaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es war alles perfekt für unseren Herbsturlaub . Sehr nette Gastgeber ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Im Bootshaus von Familie Gellendin,hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Bei sommerlichen Themperaturen konnten wir den Garten und Grill genießen. Nette Lokale waren zu Fuß und per Rad gut zu erreichen.Wie würden das Bootshaus jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen.

Hervorragend, passte alles

Gesamteindruck siehe oben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man hätte uns sagen können, dass das Bettzeug und eingepackte Bett (?) unter der Treppe für das Kind vorgesehen waren (wenn dem überhaupt so ist; wir haben es erst am letzten Tag richtig bemerkt und nicht nachgeschaut).

Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie das Bettzeug für die Aufbettung erst am Abreisetag gefunden haben. Leider hat unser Verwalter bei der Anreise versäumt, Sie darauf hinzuweisen. Sie hätten uns sehr gerne zu jeder Zeit, wie in unserem Begrüßungsschreiben vermerkt, anrufen können. Wir werden in Zukunft eine sichere Lösung finden.
