Lovely Rye studio apt for two 5 min Walk to beach!

Lovely studio apartment on quiet dead end road with A/C just 5 minute walk to Jennesse Beach and Summer Sessions Surf Shop across the street from the beach with paddle board and surf rentals and lessons available. In the evening try the Carriage House Restaurant a 4 min walk for some local seafood or use your own kitchen to create your own local flavor. Later go out for drinks at The Fishbowl bar for a fun night out.

Private entrance into this cozy studio with full kitchen and bathroom, A/C also in studio. There is a back deck with table and chairs to enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee or any time of the day with a cool beverage.The back yard by the main house is off limits to guests. Thanks for being respectful.

When you’re done with the day go to sleep listening to the sound of the ocean for a good night sleep.

Quaint studio!

Nils and family once again provided a spectacular little studio in Rye! About a mile to the beach, but all flat grounds, so easy to do. My second year and I hope to be back!! Thank you!

Located in a non-commercial neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful Jenness Beach - surf shop on the way. Very private accommodations with plenty of room for 2 to 3 people. Nils was an excellent host!

Perfect location near the beach and the waves!

The loft is the perfect place for two people, it is spacious enough and has everything needed for cooking and packing lunches for the beach. Speaking of the beach, the loft is a short(10 minutes max) walk to the beach so no need to take the car! We loved our stay and the owners are very nice people.

Mid-Week Summer Getaway

This property filled our needs very well. Easy distance to the beach and eateries. Nils was awesome with answering all of our questions and advised us well to bring our bikes, where to eat, etc. I would definitely stay at this place again!

AMAZING!

We had a wonderfull vacation at the beach with our 2,5 year old toddler in Nils studio ! Very short walk to the beach and everything we need to just enjoy our time at the beach !!! Definitely woth it !
