This lovely cottage was built by a premier local builder with luxury vinyl planking, tile showers, and granite countertops, every room is tastefully decorated and arranged. The natural surroundings offer a feeling of privacy and quiet you can't find on the oceanfront. Beautiful décor and furnishings invite you to stay at this almost brand-new property! Your own private pool offers fun with the kids or just a relaxing afternoon in the sun. Electronics include 2 Smart TVs (Great Room and Top Master), and LCD TVs in all bedrooms and the rec room.

It's an easy walk or ride to the beach with a light to cross Duck Road. You can walk, bike, or use the parking passes provided to drive to the beach accesses. This house is located in the Chicahauk neighborhood in Southern Shores which allows you access to community tennis, a recently updated children's playground, and a sound front marina. The adventurous could bike for miles up to Corolla, or just into Duck Village for shopping, coffee, or more. You have great neighborhood streets to bike or walk with the kids.

This is a neighborhood where you can park your boat at the house; convenient with a community Marina!

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
