This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom garden view unit can accommodate up to five guests. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a rollaway. It is located on the ground floor, near the pool and BBQ pavilion and the living room features a TV.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, complimentary WIFI access, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as described. Short walk and even shorter drive to shops and restaurants, one restaurant/bar was just across the parking lot. We felt safe here, and the communication was great with the management company. We would definitely stay here again.

Very easy, great location, very quiet and lap pool!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. A couple updates would be good, like the washer/dryer/smart tv, but that is just picky feedback. Thank you for the stay

Nice property: the condo as well as the common space. Management could be a little more detail oriented (some conflicting messages and a not properly followed up call). Still we were able to really enjoy the vacation and would recommend it!

Out dated

Chairs falling apart in the living room Dirty windows Out dated. Not enough lights lamps. Shades falling apart. Carpet needed cleaning. Wouldn’t stay in this condo again. Would stay at another one. Loved the pool but think it needs to be cleaned more often.
