Welcome to our cozy apartment house in the heart of Balatonalmádi!

Our accommodation is situated in a quiet area close to the town center and everything you might need—making it an ideal choice for relaxation and recharging, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay.

Our two fully equipped apartments, each with a private entrance, are perfect for families and groups of friends.

The town center, clean and well-maintained beaches, restaurants, and cafés are all within a few minutes' walk.


**Apartment**
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Its terrace offers a beautiful view of Lake Balaton and the surrounding hills of Balatonalmádi.

The apartment is ideal for longer stays, including for those working remotely; stable, high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

This stylishly furnished and practically designed 56 m² apartment is air-conditioned and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, a private bathroom with a shower, two comfortable and inviting terraces, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

**Leisure**
Guests have access to an inviting 6x3m swimming pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a spacious sun terrace, and facilities for outdoor cooking and grilling in the garden.

**Parking**
Free parking is available in the property's private lot for one car per apartment; no advance reservation is required. Additional cars can be parked on the street free of charge.


Please note that for bookings exceeding 10 nights, the maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

A mandatory tourist tax applies to guests aged 18 and older. The rate for 2026 is 790 HUF per person per night, payable on-site.
