A Southshore Paradise! This Waterfront 3 bedroom condo is level entry! With 3 bedroms and 3 baths-this unit would be perfect for your family or get together. Our unit is right on the water- right at the base of the condo is beautiful Lake Hamilton along with a boat slip that is available upon request. Our condo has plenty of space for families, with a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom upstairs, a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, large living rooms, and a downstairs with two bedrooms(one with a king bed and the 2nd with 2 queen beds) and bathrooms. Come enjoy prime Lake Hamilton access at our condo that has space for all! You have access to two pools and a hot tub, a boat slip on request. This condo is in a safe, gated neighborhood. Located right on the water with private steps on the lower balcony that lead right to the water, you CANNOT get closer to the lake than this condo!

Love the Lake

Quiet and peaceful even during Derby weekend. Having to wait until 4pm for a code when enroute of 3 to 5 hours and patchy cell service was not acceptable. Also, the tornado came during the check in time which delayed getting code.

Roomy Lake Rental

Very spacious rental right in the water. Centrally located to downtown and numerous great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay for the view. But the cleanness was not up to par.

If you got to pay $120 for cleaning fees you should not have to clean your feet every 30 minutes in the bathtub cause they are black and sticky. And you have to strip beds and wash them along with towels. So they have plenty of time to mop. There was spiderwebs all over the balcony. You had to rewash all the dishes you used cause they were dirty. I clean rooms for a living this would be unacceptable were I work. One of the sliding door in the bed room did not work.

Mother's Day weekend

Short stay, however it was a Great weekend for wife and mother in law which it was her 1st time at Hot Springs. Definitely will return for longer stay.

Southshore is a very desirable neighborhood with prime real estate on the water. The Southshore neighborhood is a very safe gated complex. Guests are provided with entertainment at their fingertips while staying at Southshore, including access to a waterside pool and hot tub, and access to tennis courts. Each unit at Southshore has an immaculate view of beautiful Lake Hamilton and of the Ouachita Mountains. Guests have prime access to Lake Hamilton, as Southshore is located on a main area of Lake Hamilton. Southshore is beautiful, serene and very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, all restaurants, shopping, and all that Hot Springs has to offer!
