The waterfront access is amazing! I could sit inside and see my kids fishing on the deck! Location was perfect right in the middle of everything! House had everything we needed and plenty of space. Bonus pizza delivery took less than 15 minutes!

This place was amazing! Perfect location on the lake, very clean, outdoor area was great, plenty of room for the family, closely located to grocery shopping, and host answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend. We will be back!

We stayed here for our diamond hunting trip, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place! The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean, spacious, and perfect for families of all ages. There is so much to do without even leaving the property! From fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, and grilling to all the games for both adults and kids, they really thought of everything. The garage was a bonus, and we loved the open floor plan where everyone could spend time together. The owner was wonderful! Communication was great from start to finish. He checked in on us throughout our stay and was always quick to respond if we needed anything, which I really appreciated. The location is great too! We came for Crater of Diamonds State Park, but there are also so many beautiful parks, hiking trails, waterfalls, and other things to explore nearby. It's the perfect place to enjoy some family time, have fun, or just relax and get away from everything. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway. We really enjoyed our stay, made some wonderful memories, and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved this place. Plenty of room, very clean and up to date. Nice large tv and stocked with everything needed. It was great to have use of the garage to store our bicycles and gear. Communication was great!

Birthday Celebration

Loved the property! Easy assess to the track and anywhere in Hot Springs. The bunkbed room was the only area that wasn’t user friendly for us older folks! Would definitely stay again!!

Christmas with the family

The property was well kept. The proximity to the lake was awesome. The games in garage was a nice touch. Area shopping within a mile or two. Overall a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Family House for our Wedding

We had a great time! We chose Hot Springs for our wedding and this house was a great place to stay! Grandparents loved watching the grandkids fish off the dock and played serious ping-pong in the garage!! The house was super clean and beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed and we would highly recommend!

Very comfortable, nicely decorated, and well stocked for all our needs. The lake toys of kayak and paddleboard were appreciated for those not wanting to jetski with the rest of our group. The air conditioner kept us quite comfortable and the air conditioned garage and game room was quite handy for loading and unloading in mass without opening doors constantly. Ping pong and foosball tables were a nice amenity and brought back old family memories!!!

Overall we found our stay to be satisfactory. We do feel that some of the pictures don’t fully show the property i.e. no pictures of the walk to front door are included, likely because the entrance isn’t appealing/welcoming, and the views of the lake don’t fully show the properties across from the house. Also, there is minimal privacy as the neighboring houses on both sides are close enough that someone standing on their back porch can see into the home, yet ironically neither of the two large windows on either side of the glass door have the needed two curtains to completely cover the window. There is a need for privacy, yet only one curtain per window isn’t sufficient to cover the glass and therefore block others’ view inside. Unfortunately the most unexpected challenge came from finding 30 flies on the windows/backdoor immediately upon arrival. Resolving that became our first priority, and we were able to take care of all of them with a fly swatter, but did find that there continued to be a few each day we were there. We do appreciate how responsive the host was via messaging when we shared the issue. Our kids enjoyed paddle boarding from the back deck, everyone having their own space was nice, and the proximity to the town & marina was great!

Simply Perfect

We stayed for 2 days to attend the Arkansas Derby and everything was perfect. The house was clean and modern. My husband cooked breakfast one morning and all of the appliances and utensils needed were present. We could have stayed there for much longer. The view was simply amazing and oh so very relaxing to wake up to.

Great Home Near Hot Springs

Location to National Park and State Park was very convenient and easy to find. Home was very clean, modern. There was a nice bowl of snacks upon arrival. Plenty of room for our adult family of four. We had fun with the ping pong table. We ended up not using the kayak because there was only one. No one wanted to go out alone. Overall, this home was exactly the way it looks in the photos; host very responsive; great location to all Hot Springs activities. We would definitely rent this home again.

Needs some attention

Pros: * Nice finishes, newer build/remodel, spacious Cons: *extremely hard to get boat in and out of the shallow inlet *no view of the actual lake, just a few feet of water and neighbors packed in on all sides and across the stream of water *not deep enough to park the boat in the water along the boardwalk, and had to tie up at the neighboring house *the house alarm went off in the middle of the night and we could not get in contact with the owner for 30 minutes. We ended up calling Vivint and they told us what to do after 15 minutes of back and forth and finally contacting the owner. So glad the police did not show up (but also a bit disturbing). *the gas grill and burners were in terrible condition and would not light, even manually; the owner had no alternative solution to offer *Had two HUGE parties going on at the townhouses on either side of us, with loud music, drinking, and clouds of mary jane (not the fault of our owner) *Not the best neighborhood; the driveway was hard to get in and out of as the road was narrow and there was a large dumpster for the apartment complex directly across our driveway.
