Studio condo opens directly to a grassy sun deck which leads to the pool and Tiki bar. There are only 9 units that have this direct access.

Parrot Cay has two full beds and a single convertible chair/bed, recliner, table for two, wet bar (sink, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge).

Walking distance to dining/shopping/events with the new Jimmy Buffet Landshark Bar and Grill just a one mile walk north on the beach. Ocean Deck (Beach Tiki Bar & Restaurant), Daytona Beach Pier & Bandshell along with Oceanwalks are all less than a 2 mile walk north on the beach.

Public transportation and share riding services are very cost effective if you prefer not to get sand between your toes.

Dated but Renovating...Very Clean!

The units are a little dated, but the place seems to be under renovation. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. The cleanliness here is top notch, would stay again.

Horrible place, false advertising

I rented this property through VRBO thinking it would be easier and have less fees. When I arrived my host, Grady Meeks, didn’t even alert the hotel that me and my daughters were coming nor did they have a room prepared for us. Thank God we didn’t fly in from somewhere . Somehow a “real nice room” was available right on the beach and that is the only reason that I stayed in this hotel and didn’t leave. The door-handle to my room broke, so we had to push the couch in front of the door for us to feel safe at night. The stove doesn’t work, There are drunk people and people on drugs everywhere hanging around by the pool and parking lot. The parking enforcement guy was chatting it up with 2 wasted people binge drinking in the in the parking garage, sitting right next to my car. Chain-smoking binge drinking and blasting explicit music when there are children in the pool. At 10am. There is no tiki bar and half of the pool chairs are broken. The premises were extremely dirty the room was not clean. This place and it’s sketchy vibes and people made me never want to come back to Daytona Beach ever again.

It was a great experience, really enjoyed the place, the rooms were very clean and nice! Would recommend it to someone else for sure! Will be back to visit sometime again!

On the beach!

The location is fabulous- on the beach and not far from places to eat and have fun! The building is definitely dated, but construction is happening so hopefully it will be freshened up soon! The property manager is VERY nice and easy to communicate with! For the price and location, it's a good place ot stay!

Convenient Location

The property is a bit dated but was clean and conveniently located to the beach, Main Street and the other locations that we were visiting. The property manager was very responsive. We will stay here again.

great for a budget vacation

My friends and I rented this place because we were on a budget. The unit is newly remodeled and nice, but the actual facility itself is dated. Overall had a great stay! We really enjoyed the nice walk out door to the beach and great location off the main drag! The owner is wonderful to work with and was very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at a nice place on a budget!
