Adorable two bedroom cottage in a great Union Pier location. Within a very short walk to the local bakery and gourmet food and wine shop, plus a handful of shops and restaurants. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second with two twins. Have your morning coffee on the lovely screened-in porch or roast marshmallows in the outdoor association firepit. For those chilly fall/winter nights enjoy your own wood burning fireplace too. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including wifi, cable, washer/dryer, central AC & heat, wood burning fireplace, heated bathroom floors, outdoor shower, gas grill, screened-in porch, outdoor association firepit and more! This is a grouping of cottages in Union Pier, just 3 blocks to the public beach as well, Miller Beach.

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

**Maximum two car parking. Boats and/or trailers prohibited.

Great Girls' Weekend!

We had such a lovely weekend at the Greenwood house. The property is adorable and incredibly clean. We loved the front porch! Bluefish was so helpful and quick to respond to my every question. We'll be back!

Dream Union Pier Cottage

Upon arrival, we walked into a clean, cool, chic, spacious cottage for our week long stay. Coming from the east coast, this was a true treat for us and so much of it had to do with how much we loved our house. Highlights: all the furniture was comfortable, the screened-in porch with lounge and dining areas, central AC, perfect kitchen, windows everywhere, in-unit laundry, ceiling fans throughout. Top notch. We feel so lucky.

Perfect Little Getaway

We were a party of 4 middle-aged ladies looking forward to a relaxing long weekend in the quiet of MI. We were so fortunate to have found this great little place, perfectly tucked back among the trees and just a short walk to the beach. We lucked out with 80-degree days in late September ... soaked up sand and sun by day; spent cool breezy evenings on the screened in porch. Loved winding down each day with a warm shower in what appears to be a newly remodeled bathroom. Thankful for the property managers who were extremely kind and responsive. Couldn’t have had a better stay.
