Get away from city life and spend unforgettable times in the cute beach town of Union Pier at this two-story home! This home is perfect for a family or group, especially if they're looking for a home with great outdoor spaces. You and your loved ones will enjoy a huge, grassy yard on a one-acre lot with a firepit and five chairs and a furnished deck. The deck boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and a seating area. This home also provides a gas grill, perfect for family barbecues!



Climb up a small flight of stairs to reach the first and main level of this lovely home. You'll reach the well-equipped kitchen, which offers all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals. There is a mini-fridge for extra space and a Nespresso coffee maker to start your day off on the right foot! Right off the kitchen is a quaint dining area with a spacious dining table. When it's time to spread out and relax, the living room has your back! Equipped with inviting furniture, a smart flatscreen TV, and a plethora of fun board games. This space is perfect for movie and game nights!



There is a small office/family room area with two armchairs, plenty of books, and a convenient desk. If you're planning on working or studying from home, the desk and high-speed WiFi will be just ideal for you. This level also features one bedroom and a full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms and one full bathroom are located upstairs. All bathrooms have heated floors.

Such a lovely place

We absolutely loved this house - it was so charming and on a very quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the newly remodeled bathrooms. I think our favorite part though was the backyard and deck. The fire pit was the perfect place to wrap the day… and the swings were such a nice touch.

Wonderful property in Union Pier

We loved the ample outdoor space, which included a big deck for entertaining, as well as a firepit and tons of open grass space. Beaches were a short 2 minute drive away. The house is dated and shows it’s age, but overall has enough space for a large family, with plenty of beds.

Absolutely Charming

We (5 Millennial high school best friends) stayed at the Bright Side for a girls weekend and absolutely adored it. The space is highly functional, beautifully decorated, and stocked with books and materials for crafts (!!). It was within ten minutes walk of Union Pier restaurants and shops, and a quick 7 minutes drive from New Buffalo. Would absolutely recommend.

Cute house. Bathrooms are very nice. Great deck and back yard. Our only complaint is there are no railings for the steps. Appeared the rug in downstairs bedroom had not been vacuumed.

They’ve created a darling home to share. Very comfortable for my 6 girlfriends. Lovely outdoor seating. Bathrooms and beds were great, and for once, a vacation home had lots of towels! There is no dishwasher and no access to laundry. Who cares? It’s just great! Roll up your sleeves and wash your dishes old school.

The house needs a few more creature comforts.

The following would have made stay nicer. Room darkening shades and clocks in bedrooms. TV in upstairs bedroom. Washer/dryer. For safety the back door inside steps should have hand rail.

Plumbing issue

The house was super cute however it was old and there was a major plumbing issue within the first few hours of us being there which caused us to be relocated the next morning. It ended up working out but was inconvenient to move an entire family and all of our stuff. Hopefully the major plumbing problems have been resolved immediately.
