This polished condo could well be the best value on the rental market. At an average of $200 per night, the condo has everything you could need and feels clean, fresh, upgraded and well-maintained. The Mt Abram Condominiums are centrally located within a quarter mile of the Main Lodge and West Side Lodge. The drive to Sunday River Ski Resort is approximately 20 minutes.

This sunlit condo offers sleeping capacity for up to 6 guests and even offers laundry facilities and off street parking. It is 1000 square feet in size and is arranged with one bedroom and a bonus loft. The bedroom is on the main level, across the hall from a full bathroom. It is furnished with a log frame, queen-size bed and has a large closet for storage space. There is also a bureau and flat screen TV.

The open kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and all of the small kitchen appliances and cookware that you need to prepare a meal. There is a dining room table with benches for ample seating.

The living room and kitchen both face the balcony and offer views of the Mt. Abram slopes. There is an authentic wood burning stove in the living and a comfy couch to watch the flames come to life. The living room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the loft.

Upstairs, the loft is arranged with 1 full bed, 2 twins, a closet, and a full bathroom.

Find a few of your favorite friends to split the cost and you could end up with ski lodging for less than $50 per person per night. That deal is hard to beat!

Perfect place for a ski getaway!

This property checked all the boxes....the most important being proximity to great skiing. Mt. Abrams is pretty much out the back door and Sunday River is a quick 15 minute drive. The property was super clean and updated with plenty of space for a family or a small group of friends. Mark, the owner/manager, was VERY responsive before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property!
